LOCKING IN YOUR LAND
1. Choose your land lot
2. Obtain your comfort letter from Loan Studio
3. Provide finance pre-approval
• Finance pre‑approval from Loan Studio, or
• finance letter from your chosen lender
4. Obtain your build quote
5. Meet the Flagstone Land Sales Team (mandatory)
You must meet the Flagstone land sales consultants in person for an eligibility and owner‑occupier review.
6. Land approval
Once Flagstone approves your eligibility and land purchase, you can proceed with your initial build deposit with Plantation Homes.
7. Plantation Homes Deposit Payments (non-refundable)
• $1,500 – Initial build deposit
• $1,500 – Payable at your tender signing
• $2,000 – Payable at contract signing
• Balance of 5% – Payable once full finance approval is received (before release to site)

8. Third-party Land Contract Signing
The Flagstone Land Sales Team will prepare your contract with the following terms:
• Land Deposit: 5% of purchase price
• Finance Approval Period: 21 days from contract date
• Settlement: 14 days from lot registration
