On overview of NOMA – the UK’s largest community garden project.
Over the last six years, we’ve helped transform a once forgotten area of Manchester by bringing people and plants together. The community came together to build an organic garden with over 1000 plant varieties, 100 hours of gardening every week, a Horticultural Youth Programme, a Public Arts Programme, a jam-packed events schedule, a new plant nursery, and thousands of new pollinating bees and insects.
