Around AD 60–61, Paul wrote to the Ephesians from prison—not with despair, but with a heart full of hope. In an idol-filled city, Paul reminded believers of the Gospel’s power and called them to live confidently in Christ. His doxology in Ephesians 3 overflows with wonder, describing God’s “infinitely more” power—power that raised Jesus, reconciled humanity, and is now at work in us for God’s glory through every generation.
This same power fuels the ministry of Impactus. As we reflect on the past year, we are deeply thankful. We’ve surpassed two million ministry connections, seen remarkable growth in our devotional reach, and welcomed increased participation at events nationwide. The stats in this Annual Report are more than numbers—they are lives being transformed by the power of Jesus.
Now entering our 30th year and launching a new three-year strategic plan, we step forward in faith, committed to growing deeper, wider, stronger, and longer. We are grateful for God’s faithfulness and the tireless commitment of our staff, Board, volunteers, donors, and prayer partners.
Together, empowered by God’s Spirit, we will press into His “infinitely more” to see every man become, grow, and live as a disciple of Jesus.

We are completing our second year operating fully as Impactus.
It has been encouraging to see that we are transitioning well from a well known conference focused ministry to an online ministry with fewer conferences and smaller “Timeout” events hosted across Canada.
The Board of Directors made a decision at last year’s AGM to investigate a change in the governance structure to strengthen our leadership systems and ensuring that we have an optimal governance structure for the success and sustainability of Impactus.
Further, the Board of Directors have read and reflected on Jim Brown’s book, “The Imperfect Board Member” and gleaned on the importance of solid governance principles to achieve excellence in working together to facilitate the vision and goals of Impactus. This AGM is being anticipated as a potential turning point in the ministry as the board will bring a motion to the membership to approve a change in the governance structure.
We anticipate that with a potential change in the governance structure, the board of directors will be able to attract other leaders in the community to strengthen our leadership systems for the success and sustainability of Impactus.
I am pleased that our plans to achieve a balanced budget free from continuing a “deficit budget“ beyond the next two years is a commendable goal and we are praying that God will guide us to effect the same within the upcoming fiscal years.
Proverbs 3:5-6 is a reminder that God has allowed us to make plans but we are leaning on Him confidently to guide our steps.
Our vision is to see every man become, grow, and live as a disciple of Jesus, and to develop ministry to men in local communities across Canada through the local church.
Leadership Training equips men’s ministry leaders to share the vision of discipling every man in their church and community, moving from an eventsfocused to discipleship-focused ministry to men.
We now have 83 men’s ministry leaders enrolled in the leadership training.
Four more men attended the Small Group Leader cohort this past year with powerful testimonies of personal transformation, helping them lead lifechanging small groups in their local church.
The fourth annual Men’s Ministry Leadership Summit, “Multiplying Men,” in September 2024 featured the leading voices in men’s ministry, including Steve Sonderman, Kenny Luck, and Chris Harper.
255 men attended the event live, with over 300 views of the Summit since then.
The fifth annual Leadership Summit will take place on Monday, September 15th, 2025, as we encourage leaders to lead more like Jesus.
The purpose of our Leadership Networks is “To develop ministry to men in every community through the local church.”
F25 was a year devoted to growing deeper roots and systems to expand our impact. Our Regional Network Leaders have a sincere heart for ministry to men and a passion for what we do at Impactus. Our Networks are focused on their core purpose of growing ministry to men and men’s leaders.
Ministry growth in Quebec continued in F25 under the leadership of Bruno Savard, Community Relations Manager (directeur des relations communautaires). Seven workshops were held across the province, ministering to men and casting the ministry’s vision. The Hommes de Parole website, YouTube channel, and social media experienced modest growth in traffic, along with increased financial support from monthly and one-time donors. Partnerships continue with the Canadian Bible Society and Family Life Canada in Quebec.
In F25, we witnessed God at work with more men attending our national conferences than we have seen in many years. Men were called to be “rooted” in their faith and came from great distances to gather together to worship Jesus and to hear powerful messages from dynamic speakers. Over 2,600 men gathered in Brampton, Ottawa, Edmonton, and Winnipeg.

We hosted 2 Timeouts in F25, combining worship, speakers, food, and and fun. Once again, these events were locally focused and driven by network leaders and pastors in local communities. The events were very successful, with both churches reporting significant impact on the men who attended.

We produced 2 This Is Me episodes in F25 that had a powerful impact on young men.
Ruslan, a Christian YouTuber and hip-hop artist,had nearly 60,000 views . Ruslan shares about his traumatic childhood, sexual abuse, and family violence, to finding faith, healing, and success.
Miles Minnick is a Christian hip-hop artist with a massive following who shares his personal story of his mother abandoning him as a child, suicidal thoughts as a young man, and coming to faith in Christ, which has led him to where he is today. This episode finished F25 with over 190,000 views .

In June 2024, we officially launched our daily devotionals on YouVersion. When God opened this door, we had no idea the impact it would have on men worldwide. We have continually seen engagement with the devotionals growing month after month.

The heart of Impactus is to point men to Jesus and walk with them daily to become, grow, and live as disciples of Jesus. It’s a lifelong journey that is lived out one day at a time, and our digital platforms are a powerful resource addressing men’s challenges and questions.
Impactus.org continues to be a hub of resources for men and men’s ministry leaders around the world through daily devotionals, articles, videos, podcasts, and more.
Over 600,000 unique users from over 160 countries accessed resources on the site this past year.
We continue to develop new article content each week, written by a select group of writers, including some of our staff, all designed to challenge men in specific areas of their lives. This past year, we exceeded expectations with over 430,000 article views.
Praise God! Our Daily Devotional was viewed over 1.1 million times by email or online in F25, a significant increase over the previous year and an all-time high. We are humbled that so many men are being impacted by God’s Word on a daily basis.

Men’s Ministry Leadership articles and videos provide ongoing encouragement and ideas for men’s ministry leaders in the local church. Our leadership resources have been viewed over 8,600 times this past year, and over 2,000 leaders have received our monthly e-newsletter.

In September 2025, we will combine our two existing podcasts into one new format to impact more men. The new Impactus Podcast will feature Dean Brenton, Jordan Harnum, and Chris Walker from our staff addressing and discussing topics that affect men.
Just wanted to say that I listened, not once, not twice, but three (3) times to your podcast with Johnny on “Anxiety”, from the perspective of men. You guys did an awesome job with the interview. Excellent - actually !!
We continue developing short-form videos, new and repurposed from other content such as Daily Devotionals, Podcasts, and articles, that have reached a wide audience of men, especially next-gen men on social media. We have reached millions of users worldwide with the content.
The Impactus and Young Man’s Podcasts had over 15,000 views and downloads in F25. They addressed a wide range of issues for men, such as marriage, the opioid crisis, anxiety, building spiritual habits, and raising children in the way they should go.
Our social media followers continue to grow, with over 49,000 on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and YouTube. Reach on social media exceeded 70 million this past year, with over 20,000 likes and reactions to our content.
September 2025 marks the 30th anniversary of ministering to men as Promise Keepers Canada, and now as Impactus.
We hosted our first men’s conference in 1996 in Red Deer, AB and soon began holding multiple events across Canada, ministering to thousands of men coast to coast at live events.
Wanting to be more than a conference movement and seeing the need to minister to men on a regular basis, Promise Keepers Canada began developing ministry tools that would impact men after an event, designed to ignite and equip men to have a godly impact on those around them.
Recognizing the growth in the digital world and restricted to doing ministry in Canada only as Promise Keepers Canada, we re-branded as Impactus. We became an online-centered, global ministry while continuing in-person events in Canada, with the goal of reaching the next generation of men.
This year, we’ll celebrate the milestone of 30 years of ministry to men. We continue to host national conferences, Timeouts, and workshops across Canada while reaching men around the world through devotionals, articles, podcasts, videos, online events, and much more, all found at impactus.org.
In F25, we saw God do incredible things in helping Impactus minister to men worldwide, including Tino in Zimbabwe. You can see Tino’s story here and how he has been impacted by the ministry. We continue to see God’s hand upon the ministry and the plan He birthed 30 years ago. We are reaching men globally online, impacting the next generation of men, and equipping men in Canada through in-person events to point men to Jesus.
We look forward to seeing what God will do in F26 and beyond as we continue to equip men and leaders of men for godly impact.
