We have chosen a selection of Paulémile Pissarro’s highly collectible river scenes. The youngest son of Camille Pissarro, Paulémile was interested in the relationship between light, colour and water reflections, with river scenes becoming one of his most important motifs.
While Paulémile’s style evolved across his life, his interest in water remained prominent, and as such these pieces are considered his most recognisable works.
