2025 Annual Summary The Alliance for Pioneer Square is a 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to preserving and enhancing what makes Pioneer Square the most authentic, engaging, and dynamic neighborhood in Seattle. We serve as a connector and convener—bringing people, ideas, and resources together to support a thriving community.

Organized the Pioneer Square Community Safety Task Force Supported Circle the Square, a group of volunteers dedicated to helping Pioneer Square Began the place-based public safety initiative Advocated for zoning changes to support housing development for a maker’s district
attract more office tenants Supported announcement of new ownership and plans for the Grand Central Building Hosted annual neighborhood celebration with nearly 300 people in attendance Hosted three community networking events
