• To express gratitude to God and to each other whenever we can.8 • To practice forgiveness by treating one another and ourselves with respect and dignity, articulating personal boundaries when needed and being mindful of the imperfections and fragilities we all share. This includes appropriate discretion in communication, avoiding gossip or unhelpful curiosity, and practicing both accountability and trust.9 • To speak directly to each other with loving kindness when disagreement arises, or when we witness what we believe to be damaging behavior, trusting the grace of God.10 • To encourage healthy responses to differences by seeking accuracy in our views of others and resisting unhelpful participation in others’ disagreements.11
