REMEMBERING OUR SAINTS

Today is All Saints Sunday. On this day the church remembers all those who have died in Christ, especially members and staff of our congregation who have died since last All Saints’ Sunday: Jane Pope, Robert Hall, Vida Maison, Patricia Higley, Edwin Gregory, Ardeth Heisey, Margaret Neubaum, Bonnie Dixon, Marilyn Miller, Sondra Fertig, Robert Hostetter Jr., Henry Grissinger, David Freet. The lighted candles on the chapel communion table are there in memory of them. “Blessed are the dead who die in the Lord, says the Spirit. They rest from their labors, and their works follow them.” (Revelation 14:13)

In compliance with The PA Dept of Health, the session recommends that all individuals, no matter their vaccination status, wear masks in public indoor settings where there is a substantial or high transmission rate.
