A British Columbia judge has ruled that Kai‑Ji Adam Lo is mentally fit to stand trial. He is the 30-year-old man accused of driving his SUV into a crowd at the Lapu‑Lapu Day festival in South Vancouver on April 26, resulting in the deaths of 11 people.
