The Newest Members of Delta Omega! PC Gamma Beta It has been a very successful semester in College Station for the Pi Kappa Phi Delta Omega chapter. To bring our semester to a close, we have initiated eleven new brothers to the Delta Omega chapter. Eleven might seem small compared to fall recruitment numbers; however, campuswide greek life recruitment is much smaller in the spring than the fall. Over the last 12 weeks, the active chapter has built relationships with each member of Gamma Beta. To informally introduce Gama Beta to the alumni, I have shared each members' basic information with you. National Champion!

I joined the Texas A&M Paintball team in the Fall of 2015, however, I have been competing in the National Tournament circuit with private teams since 2011. Competing in Houston during this time is actually the only reason I am currently a member of Pi Kappa Phi. This is where I met a brother very dear to Delta Omega, Cameron Lindsay. He substantially influenced my decision to go greek, and eventually Pi Kapp, as well as encouraging me to join the Texas A&M team. Playing paintball at such an elevated level in the past certainly prepared our team as we managed to go undefeated all season on our way to a conference championship, which earned our spot in the National Championships in Kissimmee, Florida. This opportunity allows us to compete with the best teams in the country. At the National Championships, our team held a recordsetting +42 point margin and extended our undefeated streak to 5 tournaments. I am incredibly proud of my teammates for the hard work that was put into achieving this goal. Going forward I am grateful for the opportunity to represent Pi Kappa Phi and Delta Omega at the national level. I hope to see a repeat in 2017. by Logan Edwards

Success in the Classroom Over the last few semesters, the Delta Omega chapter has struggled with excelling in the classroom; however, let this previous semester pave the way for the chapter's successful academic future. While in the Spring of 2015, Pi Kappa Phi was ranked 16th out of 18 based on academics. By increasing our efforts in the classroom and working hard to keep each other accountable, Pi Kappa Phi improved their academic rating to 11th out of 20 in the Fall of 2015. We will continue to discover methods for increasing our academic success. The chapter is currently working on adding an amendment to our bylaws to aid those that may need academic coaching and structured study habits. I would like to recognize two individuals who received 4.0 GPAs in the Fall of 2015. These two young men are Zach Dunn, a senior industrial distribution major, and Alan Alanis, a sophomore technology management major. Delta Omega has several other students who saw scholastic success in the Fall of 2015 by obtaining a GPA of 3.5 or greater. These students are Josh Brooks, Ryan Burns, Thomas Dold, Colton Hutchinson, Cordell Knox, Wesley Kuehn, Allen Ojeda, Chase Whittet, Matt Ratliff, and Jacob Perret. by Wesley Kuehn

Not On My Campus Campaign! Actives of Pi Kappa Phi paired with 2 sororities, Chi Omega and Gamma Phi Beta, to bring the Not On My Campus Campaign to Texas A&M University. This took place on April 12 and 13 at the Memorial Student Center and Academic Plaza where we set up a display of cutout figures to represent the 1 in 4 women that will be sexually assaulted on campus by the time they graduate college. One of the cutouts had shattered mirror to reflect to individuals that it could happen to them. Actives asked students who passed the display to sign the cutouts to stand in unity with the student body. They could also write on their hand to say " Not On My Campus " and post a picture to social media to help spread awareness. This was a huge success as we received acknowledgments from The Battalion at Texas A&M, The Star & Lamp, and nationally famous TSM Blog. Not On My Campus is a national campaign geared towards raising awareness of sexual assault on college campuses. by Chase Whittet

G. Phi Joe Winners! In an effort to win a $500 dollar prize for the ability experience, Delta Omega decided to participate in a week long philanthropy event hosted by Gamma Phi Beta called G Phi Joe. Starting April 18th with a Fuddruckers profit share, the following week entailed many competitions where each day provided an opportunity to win points with bake sales, pie nights and other events. The final event was an obstacle course for double points, where our chapter finished first place. Winning 4 out of the 6 events, we collectively finished first place and won the $500 donation to the Ability Experience! Our brothers not only had a good time participating in the daily events but represented Delta Omega well by winning. by Sam Robey

Graduating Seniors The men below will be moving on from Texas A&M University beginning a new chapter in their lives. These men are also the newest members of the Delta Omega Alumni Association so please welcome them! These men have proven to demonstrate strong leadership qualities, and in some way, each of them has impacted the brothers of this fraternity. The active chapter will cherish the memories made with these men, and may these men continue to make memories with their brothers in the future. Members of the Delta Omega Alumni Association, please show these new Aggie graduates that Pi Kappa Phi is not just an undergraduate experience, but instead it is a lifelong brotherhood that we are all a part of, even upon graduation. by Wesley Kuehn
