Timmes would start the AE Hall of Fame, serve as AE Housing Corporation and IFC President. He would earn honors as a Pi Kappa Phi scholar, National Student of the Year and AE Brother of the Year. The University of Florida Hall of Famer would also become Co-Outstanding Male Leader and receive the Florida Blue Key. Mark would serve as Pi Kappa Phi’s CEO and take the fraternity to new heights. During his time as CEO, he would lead the Ability Experience, oversee the growth of both Pi Kapp Properties and the Foundation while helping the fraternity grow to over 260 chapters nationwide. Timmes played an intrical role in the creation of the Kelley A. Bergstrom Leadership Center and established the Eldred J. Hartman Museum. He would serve the North American Interfraternity Conference as Secretary and Treasurer. His impact on the Interfraternal Community Board of Directors and North American Interfraternity Conference would lead to honors in 2021. Mark and his wife, Lorrie look forward to staying busy during his retirement years with plans of remaining involved in Pi Kappa Phi. CONGRATULATIONS TO YOU FOR MAKING all of us at AE PROUD OF YOUR VISION, LEADERSHIP AND COMMITMENT TO OUR FRATERNITY.
