We now offer free shipping for orders of $1000 or more. No code needed, discount will be applied automatically now.

ORDER FULFILLMENT

Orders are prepared within a period of 3 working days. Once the order has been sent, you will receive a confirmation email with the Canada Post tracking number. Thereafter, delivery will be made within 3 business days in Quebec, 6 days in Canada and 10 business days in the United States.

INVOICE

The paper invoice is always attached to your order. It is now possible to download your invoice in PDF from the order confirmation email. The same link will be available in the shipping confirmation email. The modifications as well as the tracking number will be registered on the invoice as soon as it is available.
