It’s Here - Have Fun! The 2026 Community Service Fund Drive (CSFD) is now underway. If you are new to the City, this is an annual fundraising event for all City employees to participate in. With the help of Valley of the Sun United Way, you have the opportunity to choose from hundreds of local non-profits to support with a financial contribution. This year’s theme is Giving Never Gives Up.

Program Manager Aviation Department Close Date: Sept. 21, 2026 Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport is seeking a Program Manager for the Mechanical Maintenance Section. This role provides strategic oversight of critical mechanical infrastructure including HVAC, plumbing, pumping stations, central plants, passenger boarding bridges, and fire/life safety systems to support PHX’s 24/7 operations. The Program Manager will drive preventive and predictive maintenance strategies, support lifecycle planning and capital projects, manage mechanical maintenance contracts, and ensure regulatory compliance and safety across mission‑critical systems. The ideal candidate brings strong central plant and mechanical system expertise, advanced budgeting and contract administration skills, and demonstrated success leading largescale maintenance programs. They should excel in KPI development, staff leadership, and cross-functional coordination to support reliability, efficiency, and continuous improvement. This position plays a key role within Facilities & Services, contributing to airport-wide operational excellence.
SALARY DETAILS: Pay Range: $102,232 - $137,009.60 annually Hiring Range: $102,232 - $124,259.20 annually Pay Range Explanation: Pay range is the entire compensation range for the position classification.
