APPLICATIONS
West Creek® Breaders and West Creek® Hush Puppy Mix can be used for a wide variety of items. They can be used for their intended purpose or also used for vegetables, potato wedges, cubed steak, pork or other applications.
Just coat moistened food with West Creek® Breaders and fry at 350°F until fully cooked, or drop a teaspoon of mixed West Creek® Hush Puppy Mix into the fryer for a few minutes for a golden brown, down home flavor.
