Welcome to Wonderland
NOTICES
PicK UP & DRoP Off:
guests will be picked up & dropped off at the front gate of the venue, a short walk from the Main entrance of the Ball. There will be security to escort you once you arrive and after the event ends. For this reason, we recommend you bring a warm coat.
fiRst Aid:
St John's paramedics will be stationed in Room 7 for the whole event should you need any assistance.
CLoaKroom:
the cloakroom will be staffed and is located next to room 11. Non-dining guests will be able to leave their coats there directly. dining guests will give their coats to staff in the main entrance - these will then be transported to the cloakroom next to room 11. all guests can pick their coats up from the cloakroom once the event ends at 1am.
