1.Top prepared pretzel bites with hot pastrami, caramelized onions and warm beer cheese dip.

2.Bake at 400F degrees for 3-5 minutes.

1.Top cauliflower crust with 1000 Island dressing, corned beef, sauerkraut and finish with a layer of Swiss or our premium Bacio cheese blends.

2.Bake at 425F degrees for about 10 minutes.

SAUERKRAUT

CASSEROLE SAUERKRAUT CASSEROLE

1.In a large sauté pan with olive oil-add ham, onion, garlic, salt, and pepper. Cook for 3-4 minutes while stirring.

2.Add sauerkraut, beer, and paprika and cook for 5-6 minutes. Remove from heat, fold in 1 cup of cheese.

3.Grease a baking dish then place a layer of sliced potatoes on the bottom. Spread the sauerkraut mixture over the potatoes and top with remaining potatoes. Whisk together milk & eggs and pour over.

4 Sprinkle with remaining cheese and parsley. Bake at 375F degrees for 15-20 minutes.
