FAROE ISLAND SALMON

The Faroe Islands are a small, remote island group located in the middle of the North Atlantic between Iceland and Norway, North of Scotland. The island’s commitment to responsible, sustainable aquaculture produces exceptional quality Atlantic Salmon.

Faroe Island Salmon is farmed in large free floating nets that allow the Salmon to swim easily and freely in sheltered waters like fjords and bays on the open ocean.

ROASTED SALMON WITH LEMON & DILL

INGREDIENTS

1 lb of Salmon filets

2 Tbsp. butter melted

2 cloves garlic crushed

1 Tbsp. dill fresh

4 lemon slices

½ tsp. salt

ÂĽ tsp. black pepper

DIRECTIONS

Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

Whisk together the butter, garlic, dill, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.

Spray a large baking dish with non-stick cooking spray. Place salmon filets into it with a little space inbetween each one.

Drizzle equal amounts of the butter sauce over all of the filets and place one lemon slice on each one.

Cover the baking dish with a piece of aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes.

Remove the aluminum foil during the last 2-3 minutes of cooking to allow the edges to crisp up slightly. Serve salmon immediately with additional fresh dill and enjoy!

CHICKEN TENDER PESTO

INGREDIENTS

1 Cup of Roma Basil Pesto #HB908 - 3/30 oz.

1.5 lb of West Creek Jumbo Clipped Chicken Tenders #HC054 - 4/10 lb.

3 Tbs Honey Dijon Mustard #26052 - 4/1 Gal

DIRECTIONS

In a large bowl, combine the Roma basil pesto and dijon mustard.

Add cleaned chicken to the bowl, toss to coat, and cover with a tight-fitting lid. Marinate in the refrigerator for 30 minutes or up to 8 hours.

When ready to prepare the chicken, remove it from the refrigerator and uncover while the oven is pre- heating.

Preheat the oven to 400° F and arrange the chicken on a baking sheet in a single layer. Cook the chicken for 12-15 minutes or until internal temperature has reached 165° F.

You can also grill the chicken on a flat top until cooked through, coat with Roma pesto and dijon mustard mixture, and serve.

Levoni Seasoned and Roasted Pork Porchetta #FH336 - 2/7.7 lb Avg

DIRECTIONS

Generously rub Levoni Porchetta with Roma extra virgin olive oil.

Roast porchetta in a 400° F oven for 30 - 40 mins until the skin is crisp and the product is heated through.

Cut into 1" slices and serve.
