CHOOSING THE RIGHT CONTAINER

APPLICATIONS:

What is the application: hot, cold, dry, wet, fried, prepared and refrigerated, leftovers?

What is the ounce capacity that you need?

What shape or configuration would you like: 2-piece, clamshell, square, round, rectangle, bowl, box?

Are there any plastic city ordinances in effect?

Deli Containers: hot or cold application? WY for hot, is heavy duty & injection molded.

First Mark for cold, is lighter & thermoformed Both are PP, can take heat & microwaveable

Cold application options: PS Polystyrene, PET, PLA, Bagasse Temps up to 140*

Hot application options: PP Polypropylene, MFPP (Ecopax), Bagasse, Foil Temps up to 300* PP - 450* Fiber & Foil

PS Foam can be used for hot and cold, though not microwaveable. Temps up to 250*

Ask to see the box that the product came in Look for manufacturers name, product code,and measurements

No box? Look at the bottom of the container for recycling symbol to identify material (PS, PET, PP).Look for manufacturer's item code & ounce capacity. Measure length, width, & depth.

Ask to see an invoice to view the manufacturer's description and or item code. If they are sensitive about price, cover and take a picture of invoice

Towel & Tissue Dispensers: The majority of our competitors’ dispensers are proprietary and our product will not fit Towels have spindles/no spindles, core/no core, and come in a variety of widths and lengths. Universal dispensers exist but you will need the manufacturers name and model # in order to determine that.
