UNIVERSITY EMERGENCY NOTIFICATIONS Everbridge is the University’s emergency mass notification system, which allows Pepperdine to send text messages, emails, and voice messages to faculty, staff, and student cell, office, and home phones. The system is used only during emergencies and for testing, and is dependent on the personal contact information provided by each individual in the WaveNet portal.

The Emergency Preparedness Guide is designed to assist you in responding to emergencies that may impact you while attending classes, working, or residing at one of the University’s campuses in Southern California. You are encouraged to read the document and refer to it as needed. The guide is available by logging into WaveNet at wavenet.pepperdine.edu, and provides further detail about the topics covered in this brochure.
Pepperdine partners with ISOS, an emergency medical and security services provider, to deliver assistance services to University students, faculty, and staff traveling abroad. Travelers are required to register their travel with ISOS’s travel tracker, which assists the University in responding to emergencies overseas.
