M Tower owes its name and shape to the initial letter of the city that harbors it, Mazatlan Sinaloa Mexico. This tower has 15 levels born from one body from its ground floor. Four frames hold this tower, which outline and surround it to delimit its interior spaces and frame its central spot, which is a big gap and at the same time the heart of the project.

La Torre M debe su nombre y forma a la inicial de la ciudad que la alberga, Mazatlán Sinaloa México, dicha torre cuenta con 15 niveles que nacen de un sólo cuerpo en su parte baja y se convierte en dos torres verticales las cuales se unen de nuevo en su parte superior, la torre es abrazada por cuatro marcos que la contornan y circundan para delimitar sus espacios interiores y enmarcando de esta manera su espacio central, el cual es un gran hueco y a su vez el corazón del proyecto.
