There is a stillness in the northern forests carried by the hum of a cool summer wind, gently rustling the leaves of birches and ferns all around you. Our mission is to bring that authenticity of the North into your home.

Passion for clay.
It all began when Anu Pentik first placed her hands into clay. She was shaping a way of life that inspired a factory in the North, where creativity, craftsmanship and Nordic nature come together every day.
Ceramics are fired at temperatures above 1200°C, resulting in a product that withstands almost any environmental conditions and will preserve its beauty for centuries.
Five decades later, every piece leaving Posio still carries with it the passion from our beginnings.

LOHKARE
Shaped by nature, refined by design.
Great design begins with seeing possibilities where others see the ordinary. While paddling along the shores of Southern Finland, designer Lasse Kovanen discovered the timeless beauty of a glacial boulder. Inspired by its powerful form, he transformed a moment in nature into a future classic.
The original shape was carefully sculpted by hand and brought to life as a mouth-blown glass vase. Lohkare is a timeless object where Nordic nature, craftsmanship and design ingenuity meet.
VILJA

With a single brushstroke, designer Minna Niskakangas captured the essence of ripened grain fields and transformed it into a timeless pattern.
From soft cotton jacquard textiles to ceramics, Vilja brings beauty, warmth and the vastness of the finnish fields to the home throughout the year.

Where we gather.
A table is where we come together to build lasting memories. Created by designer Tuuli Saarelainen, Tuntu was born from a desire to design a versatile mix-and-match collection for every occasion, from quiet breakfasts to joyful celebrations and elegant dinners.
Flowing glazes, handcrafted details and a palette ranging from soft natural tones to playful colours invite everyone to create their own unique expression. Like a family, all the individual pieces come together to make one unique whole.

Designed by Anu Pentik, Kivi – stone – celebrates the imperfect beauty found in nature. Each piece is individually hand-painted, creating subtle variations that make every object one of a kind.

VUOLLE
Calm in motion.
Inspired by the quiet flow of northern rivers. Designer Lasse Kovanen transformed the serene movement of Nordic waters into a timeless mouth-blown glass series. Soft, sculptural shapes and delicate stripes create an elegant expression that captures both light and movement.
RUUSUMALVA
When winter blooms in the North.
There is a special beauty in the quiet darkness of the Nordic winter. While nature rests, frost paints soft pastel shades across the sky. Inspired by this fleeting moment, designer Minna Niskakangas created Ruusumalva. The gentle watercolours depict a delicate expression of Nordic winter light and awakening spring.
Passion for Nordic Flowers. LEINIKKI
Leinikki was born from a longing for colour in the colder seasons. As a way to inspire new work from older methods, Designer Lasse Kovanen began with an old ink pen and combined it with warm watercolours. The result is a rich and intricate pattern that blooms with buttercups, carnations and St. John’s wort leaves.
Ice fall at Korouoma, Posio Finland
A Nordic classic, seen through the colours of winter.
Designer Minna Niskakangas reimagined the iconic Saaga pattern by drawing inspiration from the sculptural ice structures of Korouoma. The simplified reindeer silhouette remains at its heart, while a new palette of icy blues, soft greys and earthy winter tones brings fresh life to a beloved Pentik classic.
