Pennsylvania Highlands Community College

Located throughout the Laurel Highlands and Southern Alleghenies regions, Pennsylvania Highlands Community College has locations in Blair, Ebensburg, Richland, and Somerset. Pennsylvania Highlands offers a wide variety of associate degree, diploma, and certificate programs. In addition to credit programs, the College offers a variety of workforce training options and personal enrichment classes.
