FBA RANCH - Sale Details Private Treaty Guidelines: -All Bulls will be priced on February 27th 2022 prior to the open house, these prices will be the set price for the bulls for the 2022 breeding season. -All Bulls are sold on a first come first serve basis, under the exception of the day during our open house event. 2 or more customers expressing the willingness to purchase a particular bull at the set price will have the option of adding additional compensation in increments of $250 until the competing customer(s) concede to the additional price. -Bulls are officially sold once Cash or Check payment is received. -If you are attending the open house, you will be required to register and acquire a bidding number for the anonymous commitment to purchasing a bull. At the conclusion of the open house winning bidders will be notified of their purchase. See above for multiple bidders committing to the set Bull Price. Bidding will officially close on all bulls during the open house at 2 p.m. We will also be taking orders over the phone for interested customers on the bulls during the open house.
Bull Guarantee: -Bulls will be taken care of free of charge until April 15. -All Bulls are Guaranteed Sound for the 2022 Season and will have a BSE at the end of March by DR. Casey Solomon D.V.M of Milk River Reproduction. In the occurrence a bull does not meet Soundness standards we will provide another sound bull of equal value and of the customers satisfaction, or we will refund the amount paid while the bull is in our care. -We Fully Guarantee the bulls for the first breeding season and will replace by credit minus salvage value or a replacement if available. Death loss or any treatable conditions are not included in this guarantee. We promote the use of insurance coverage for all bulls purchased and we will have our Insurance Representative Zach McKinley of Burns Insurance Agency available to accommodate you on that purchase. We will cover half of the premium of all bulls sold equal or greater than $4,000.00.
Retained Interest: FBA Ranch retains 1/3 semen interest on all bulls selling. Buyer receives full possession and salvage value. We reserve the right to collect semen on any bull at our expense and the convenience of the buyer.
Bull Development: The bulls are weaned on free choice long stem grass hay, salt, mineral and hand fed 4lbs of a pellet specifically designed by our feed specialists at Milk River AG and Westfeeds. Once the bulls are fully weaned, we increase the pellet ration to around 10lbs at the day of our open house. The calves are NOT creep fed and feet are Never trimmed. After the open house we will utilize a TMR Mixer to blend Straw, Alfalfa and pellet and fence line feed the bulls until delivery. We truly believe feeding these bulls with a high forage diet in quantities similar to their natural environment will prepare them for a long successful career at your ranch. We take pride in developing the bulls ourselves at our ranch and being able to walk through them every day. It is our goal to develop the bulls in a manner that they will stay in condition and continue to gain while servicing cattle on your ranch. Volume Discount: We will offer volume discounts for our customers. A discount in % on every bull over 2 bulls up to 10 bulls. Example: 5 bulls purchased is a 5% discount.
