DYNAMIC ON-BOARD WEIGHING

The DYNAMIC on-board weighing system continuously measures the quantity of fruits (grapes, olives, etc.) harvested in real time. The technology used provides reliable and accurate weighing, even on uneven or sloping ground. Unlike traditional systems, the machine does not need to be on a perfectly flat surface to ensure accurate measurement, even when emptying the bins.

This system guarantees accurate and instantaneous measurement without affecting the capacity of the bin or the flow of the harvest. RESULT: optimised productivity and total control over the harvest.

The display of weighing information on the console in the cab allows the driver to monitor accurately and instantly:

• The mass in the bins in real time,

• Total quantity harvested and average yield per hectare,

• The remaining quota to be harvested in relation to a defined threshold (configurable from the control panel).

OPTIMISATION OF THE HARVESTED WEIGHT

Thanks to real-time weighing and an integrated alert system, the driver is guided precisely to meet harvesting targets. Configurable alerts: set up to two independent alert thresholds and be notified, for example, as soon as:

• The maximum authorised mass for transport has been reached.

• The daily harvest quota has been reached.

From the console's work page, the driver can view the quantity harvested in relation to the target. This ensures optimised management of inputs to the cellar, without any risk of overfilling or underfilling the tanks and presses.

EXPORT AND ANALYSIS OF WEIGHING DATA

The driver can generate and export weighing tickets including:

• The weight tipped during the last tipping,

• The weight harvested to fill a press, a tank, etc,

• All the data from the hectare counter.

REMOTE WEIGHING MONITORING WITH PELLENC CONNECT

Used on its own, DYNAMIC on-board weighing offers accurate monitoring directly from the control console. Combined with telemetry via the PREMIUM weighing option, it enables advanced management via the PELLENC CONNECT platform, with remote monitoring of weighing information and the creation of yield maps. More information about PREMIUM weighing on page 8.

PELLENC CONNECT Interface

Adding telemetry to your PELLENC equipment allows data from the carrier and the attached tool to be automatically and securely uploaded. No action is required by the operator in the cab to upload the data, ensuring their comfort and avoiding oversights.

If the machine is operating in an area without network coverage, the data is stored locally and transmitted automatically as soon as the connection is restored.

Processing this data on the PELLENC CONNECT CLOUD enables customers and dealers to benefit from key information to optimise and simplify machine use, plot monitoring and operations.

Monitor your equipment fleet in real time using data collected from the carrier and attached tool. View remotely on your tablet, PC or smartphone:

• the location of the machines, their fuel and AdBlue levels,

• settings for the carrier and the attached tool, statistics on the work done,

• settings history,

• maintenance reminders.

Fleet monitoring simplifies equipment management when it is in operation. Monitoring work during busy periods is also optimised thanks to real-time access to machine settings and supervision of the work carried out (rows worked, rows remaining, etc.).

Statistics such as the number of hours worked, fuel consumption, or site productivity are available from the dedicated tab on the platform.

It also allows maintenance and service to be planned in advance to ensure maximum productivity throughout the year, particularly during the grape harvest.
