MAINTENANCE
The network of authorised PELLENC dealers is authorised to repair PELLENC machines. The network technicians have been trained by the manufacturer's training centre. Maintenance carried out in accordance with PELLENC recommendations ensures the machine’s longevity and optimised productivity.
OUR ORIGINAL CERTIFIED PARTS: AVAILABLE AND DURABLE
To get the best performance and longest service life from your PELLENC equipment, as well as warranty coverage, original certified PELLENC replacement parts must be used. This ensures optimal use of your equipment.

WARRANTY
Your equipment benefits from a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty, parts and labour (excluding wear parts) on your machines. An extended warranty of up to 4 years, depending on the product, can be offered in addition to the manufacturer’s warranty (1 year). Implementation of the warranty is subject to the use of certified original PELLENC parts when carrying out maintenance of the equipment and compliance with the manufacturer’s annual maintenance recommendations.
