The second generation Smart Press is exponentially smart so as to meet the expectations of the most demanding winemakers! This oenological range is both intelligent, and efficient: the design of the Fast Press grids and the intuitive programs and functions of the Touch Press interface make them ideal for rapidly extracting high-quality juices.
We have carried out our first pressings with the SPC². The highly efficient Easy Fill and Easy Press 2 functions save time and optimise juice quality. Here we pay particular attention to cleaning, and the new Easy Clean technology works perfectly. We generally carry out an average of 80 pressings per press: with the SPC² the results are amazing. Particular attention has been paid to ergonomics, with a larger screen for easier viewing. The PELLENC CONNECT mobile application gives us peace of mind, even when we're out in the vineyards, thanks in particular to the alerts which ensure that operations run smoothly.
