TRUE FITNESS HOME ISN’T JUST ABOUT HAVING A PLACE TO SWEAT; IT IS ABOUT HAVING A SUPPORT SYSTEM THAT EVOLVES WITH YOU.

Contact Us About Personal Training
Why Your Workout Needs a Long Term Strategy
Every January, we see the same pattern. The parking lot is full, the treadmills are busy, and the energy is high. But by March, the crowds often thin out. The reason usually isn’t a lack of willpower; it is a lack of strategy.
Many of us approach fitness with a short-term mindset. We want to lose ten pounds for a wedding or get ready for beach season. While these are fine motivators to start, they rarely keep us going for the long haul. If you want results that stick, you have to stop looking at exercise as a 6-week punishment and start viewing it as a lifetime practice.
This is exactly the philosophy we are embracing at Genesis Health Clubs at PAC. We know that a true fitness home isn’t just about having a place to sweat; it is about having a support system that evolves with you.
A long-term strategy focuses on sustainability, but sustainability requires a roadmap. This is where utilizing a Personal Trainer becomes essential. Too often, people view trainers as a luxury for short-term weight loss, but their true value lies in long-term programming.
Think of a Personal Trainer as a project manager for your health. When you are guessing what to do next, it is easy to plateau or, worse, get injured. Our trainers at Genesis don’t just count reps; they design periodized plans that ensure you are progressing safely. They know when you need to push for strength and when you need to dial back for recovery. They ensure your form is correct today so your joints are healthy ten years from now.
When you invest in a trainer, you aren’t just buying an hour of exercise; you are investing in an education. You learn how to listen to your body and how to adapt your routine as your life changes. Whether you are a former athlete or stepping into a gym for the first time, having a professional in your corner changes fitness from a guessing game into a science.
As we move into the new year, we encourage you to look beyond the immediate “resolutions.” Don’t just ask yourself what you want to achieve in thirty days. Ask yourself how you want to feel in thirty years.
SCHEDULE A CONSULTATION WITH ONE OF OUR TRAINERS, AND LET’S BUILD A STRATEGY THAT LASTS.
Reclaiming Your Glow After the Holiday Rush
Let’s be honest. Between the family gatherings, travel delays, and endless trays of sweets, the holidays can leave you feeling more sluggish than refreshed. By the time January arrives, it is easy to feel like you need a strict cleanse or a major lifestyle overhaul just to feel like yourself again.
THE GOOD NEWS? You
don’t need to punish yourself to get back on track. A few mindful habits, smarter nutrition choices, and the right environment are all you need to reset your body and mind for the new year.
Nourish Instead of Punish After weeks of rich meals, the temptation to overcorrect is strong. However, restricting your diet too heavily often leads to burnout. Instead of cutting back, focus on “crowding out” the heavy stuff by adding nutrient-dense foods that fuel your metabolism.
Focus on simple wins.
Add colorful vegetables to your lunch, drink an extra bottle of water before your morning coffee, and reintroduce lean proteins like chicken, fish, or plant-based options. If you are rushing between work and the gym, a post-workout smoothie— like the ones familiar to members at Genesis Health Clubs PAC—can be the perfect way to recharge without overthinking meal prep.
Move with Intention.
Getting back into a routine is often the hardest part of the post-holiday slump. This is where your environment makes all the difference. Trying to go it alone in a cold garage gym is tough; stepping into a space with shared energy makes it easier.
Start small.
Commit to just 30 minutes of movement a day to reignite your energy. Whether it is a highintensity interval class, a calming yoga flow, or just walking on the treadmill while catching up on a podcast, consistency creates momentum. Finding a facility that offers variety under one roof, such as Genesis PAC, allows you to pivot your workout based on how your body feels that day.
Stress Less to Recover More.
Holiday chaos can leave the nervous system fried. True wellness isn’t just about how much you sweat; it is about how well you recover. transitioning your
body out of “holiday hustle” mode requires active relaxation. Incorporating recovery tools into your weekly routine can lower cortisol levels and boost circulation. Practices like sauna sessions, cold plunges, or restorative yoga are excellent for reducing tension. Many Northshore residents are finding that combining their workouts with these dedicated recovery amenities—readily available at comprehensive clubs like Genesis—helps sustain their fitness routine longer without injury.
Reset Mindfully.
Instead of chasing rigid resolutions that fade by February, focus on awareness. Start your morning with a simple intention or a moment of gratitude before you check your phone.
Ultimately, community is the secret ingredient to a successful reset. It is about the chat before class, the friendly face at the front desk, or the motivation of seeing others working toward similar goals. Places that foster that sense of belonging, like the community at Genesis Health Clubs PAC, prove that wellness is sustainable when it is shared.

THE TAKEAWAY. You don’t need to detox your entire life; you just need to recalibrate it. With nourishment, movement, and a little help from your local fitness community, you can enter the new year feeling lighter, stronger, and centered.

Commmunity Connection

Why Muscle is the Best Health Insurance You Can Buy
Building muscle isn’t just about aesthetics or hitting a personal best. It is one of the most powerful ways to live longer, stay independent, and feel vibrant at every age. While cardio has long been the darling of heart health, modern research is clear: muscle mass is one of the strongest predictors of longevity.

MUSCLE IS YOUR BODY’S ARMOR
Think of muscle as your body’s retirement fund. It supports joints, protects bones, and helps you recover rapidly from stress or illness. As we age, we naturally face sarcopenia, a loss of muscle that can lead to a slower metabolism and a higher risk of falls. Strength training is your best defense. It maintains lean mass and improves balance, acting as biological armor that keeps you active and safe.
THE METABOLIC ADVANTAGE
Muscle is metabolically expensive tissue, meaning it burns calories even when you are sitting still. This improves blood sugar control, supports hormone balance, and reduces inflammation— key factors in preventing chronic issues like heart disease and Alzheimer’s. A strong body is a healthy engine.
WALK THE FLOOR AT GENESIS-PAC
At Genesis-PAC, we don’t just read the studies; we see the results. Walk through our
doors on any given morning and you will see longevity in action. Members who commit to regular strength training— whether through our Met Strength classes, personal training, or functional fitness—report better energy, improved sleep, and a resilience that extends far beyond the gym walls.
STRONGER BODY, STRONGER MIND
The benefits aren’t just physical. Strength training is a potent tool for mental resilience. It boosts endorphins to fight stress and has been shown to help preserve memory and cognitive function. When you feel physically capable, your mental confidence follows suit.
LONGEVITY THROUGH
COMMUNITY
Perhaps the most overlooked factor in a long life is community. At Genesis-PAC, fitness is a shared journey. Training alongside others builds the motivation and accountability that keeps you consistent. Whether it’s a morning lifting crew or a weekend class, the friends you make here help you age stronger together. Muscle isn’t just for today. It is an investment in your future self. Start building your reserves today.

COLONEL (RET.) AUGUST BAILEY
Today, we recognize one of our own, Colonel (Ret.) Augie, whose incredible military career spans decades of courage, leadership, and service to our nation.
Augie entered active duty just two days before Hurricane Betsy and was immediately mobilized for three months of recovery operations. After training as a radio operator, he went on to complete Army Aviation School and serve as aCommand Helicaopter Pilot with the 129th Assault Helicopter Company in Vietnam. A unit featured in Jim Crigler’s Mission of Honor.
During the Easter Offensive, his unit flew hundreds of missions, contributing to major operations that saw massive enemy losses. In total, Augie logged 300+ combat missions.
His service didn’t end there. Augie supported operations following Desert Storm, helping reestablish banking and logistics in Kuwait. He later commanded two Army Reserve finance organizations and served as

Comptroller for the 377th Theater Army Area Command.
His awards include: Legion of Merit
Bronze Star
Meritorious Service Medal (with 3 Oak Leaf Clusters) 11 Air Medals
…and countless distinctions earned across a lifetime of service.
Today, we proudly honor Colonel Augie. A hero, a leader, and a cherished member of our GenesisPAC community.

The Lasting Impact of Growing Up at the Club
WHEN YOU SIGN UP FOR A MEMBERSHIP AT PAC, YOU’RE NOT JUST INVESTING IN YOUR OWN HEALTH—YOU’RE ENROLLING YOUR CHILDREN IN ONE OF THE MOST POWERFUL, LIFELONG LESSONS THEY WILL EVER RECEIVE.
For kids who grow up running through the halls of an athletic club, watching their parents head to the gym, the impact goes far beyond learned soccer skills or swimming lessons. They are internalizing a fundamental belief: wellness is not a luxury; it is a normal, non-negotiable part of life.
As a parent, you teach your children every day, even when you aren’t speaking. When you choose to show up at the club, you are teaching a “silent curriculum” that delivers invaluable life skills:
1. Activity is Default
For children who see their parents exercising, fitness is demystified. It isn’t a stressful obligation or a sporadic attempt to lose weight; it is simply what adults do. They see you put on workout shoes just as routinely as you put on office clothes. This normalcy creates a default setting for their future selves: when facing stress or seeking energy, the body is meant to move.
2. Resilience and Consistency Kids
are master observers of effort. They see the reality of fitness: that you show up on the days you don’t feel like it, that lifting weights is hard, and that you get back up when you fall (literally, on the treadmill, or figuratively, after a tough week).
3. Stress Management Tools
Children often internalize their parents’ stress. When they see a parent return from a run, a yoga class, or a hard strength session looking calmer, more focused, and happier, they learn a vital lesson: exercise is a healthy, effective mechanism for managing life’s pressures. They learn to associate movement with emotional regulation and mental clarity, providing them with a crucial coping tool for adulthood.
4. Confidence in Their Own Bodies
When a child grows up in an environment where people of all shapes, sizes, and ages are pursuing strength and health, the focus shifts away from appearance and towards ability. They see their parents getting stronger, recovering from injuries, or learning a new tennis serve. This fosters a belief that the body is an incredible instrument meant to be used, respected, and challenged—a powerful antidote to the pressures of societal body image.

MAKING THE IMPACT COUNT AT PAC
At PAC, we structure our programs to intentionally build upon this parental modeling:
FAMILY-FRIENDLY ENVIRONMENT:
Our design makes it easy for you to manage your fitness while your kids are nearby, whether they’re in a dedicated youth program or just observing the action.
SHARED EXPERIENCES:
Join a family activity, or let your child see you enjoying a group fitness class. These moments solidify the message that fitness is fun and communal.
YOUTH PROGRAMS:
By providing age-appropriate training, like specialized swim, sport, or movement classes, we reinforce the lessons you are teaching, ensuring their activity is positive and sustainable.
YOUR COMMITMENT TO YOUR OWN WELLNESS IS PERHAPS THE GREATEST HEALTH LEGACY YOU CAN PASS DOWN. IT’S AN INVESTMENT THAT PAYS COMPOUND INTEREST—NOT JUST IN YOUR LIFESPAN, BUT IN THE LIFELONG HEALTH AND HAPPINESS OF YOUR CHILDREN.

Strength in #s
WHY YOUR BEST WORKOUT MIGHT HAPPEN IN A CROWD.
There is a reason the group fitness studios are the heartbeat of Genesis Health Clubs at PAC. While a solo workout has its place, there is a unique magic that happens when you move together.
If you have been hesitant to step into a class, you are missing out on the most powerful tool in fitness: the collective energy.
Here is why trading your headphones for a loudspeaker might be the gamechanger you need this year.
THE "PUSH" FACTOR
It is scientifically proven: we work harder when people are watching. In a group setting, the collective energy pulls you through that last rep or that final sprint. When the music drops and the instructor shouts, you find a gear you didn't know you had—a gear that is rarely found on a solo treadmill run.
EXPERT GUIDANCE, EVERY
TIME Group fitness is the bridge between training alone and hiring a personal trainer. Our certified instructors are there to ensure your form is safe, your intensity is right, and your motivation stays high. You don't have to plan the workout; you just have to show up. We handle the rest.
A BUILT-IN COMMUNITY
The hardest part of fitness is consistency, and the secret to consistency is accountability. When you become a regular in a class, you aren't just a face in the crowd; you are part of the team. You make friends who notice when you are gone and celebrate when you return.
Ready to jump in? From the zen of Yoga to the fire of HIIT, check this week’s schedule and find your rhythm.
Unbreakable
THE NORTHSHORE LEGACY OF COACH KURT HESTER
Honoring a Life of Strength, Faith, and Purpose
There are some people who teach strength through sets and reps. And then there are people like Coach Kurt Hester, who taught strength through the way he lived.
Coach Hester, a Louisiana native and nationally respected strength and conditioning coach, passed away on November 2 at age 61 after a courageous battle with Stage IV melanoma. His loss is felt far beyond the football field—from Tulane and Louisiana Tech to the University of Houston, where he most recently served as Director of Strength and Performance.

A Life of Purpose and Passion
Born and raised with the grit Louisiana is known for, Hester built his career on transforming athletes into leaders. After graduating from Tulane University
with a degree in Exercise Physiology, he spent time at LSU, Louisiana Tech, and Tulane before joining Houston’s program earlier this year under Head Coach Willie Fritz. Everywhere he went, Hester left more than stronger athletes—he left stronger people. His philosophy was rooted in faith, accountability, and relentless effort. He
demanded intensity in the gym but compassion in life.
A Lasting Impact on the Northshore
Long before his name became known across college football, Coach Hester transformed athletic development right here at Pelican Athletic Club (PAC).
Serving as the club’s lead strength and performance coach in the early 2000s, he
revolutionized youth fitness across the Northshore.
He built programs that blended science, energy, and mentorship—helping young athletes from Mandeville, Covington, and beyond discover what structured training could truly do. Many went on to college scholarships or careers in sports, crediting Hester’s influence as the spark that shaped them. His impact still echoes today in the culture of Genesis PAC, where his standards of discipline and development continue to guide how we train and lead.
Faith, Family, and Unbreakable Strength
Even after his diagnosis, Hester continued to coach and inspire. Just two days before his passing, he visited Houston’s facility one last time to remind players to keep showing up, keep giving everything, and keep their faith strong.
“He
stared death in the face and didn’t blink. He was truly unbreakable. He defined that word by living it.”— Tanner Koziol, Houston Tight End
Hester is survived by his wife, Seana, and their children, Sydney, Rieleah, and Remy. His legacy reminds us that real strength isn't measured in muscle, but in faith, courage, and love.
We honor Coach Hester by carrying his standards forward in every session, every class, and every shared moment at Genesis PAC.

From Mandeville to the Finals Genesis PAC Ranks #2 Nationally
(A LOCAL TEAM’S JOURNEY TO THE USTA NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIPS IN SCOTTSDALE, ARIZONA)
When passion, teamwork, and community come together, incredible things happen. This fall, a team of women representing Genesis – PAC did something truly remarkable—advancing all the way to the finals of the USTA 40+ 4.0 National Championships in Scottsdale, Arizona, and finishing as the #2 team in the nation.

FROM LOCAL COURTS TO THE NATIONAL STAGE
This journey was no small feat. The team, led by captain Tara Bilby, began their run right here in Mandeville, competing
in the local Covington–Mandeville CTA league. After capturing the local title, they advanced to the Louisiana State Championship in Baton Rouge in May, where they fought their way to victory against the best teams in the state.
The win in Baton Rouge earned them
a spot at the USTA Southern Sectional Championships in Rome, Georgia—the largest section in the United States, encompassing nine states. Competing against powerhouse teams from across the South, the Genesis – PAC ladies triumphed once again, securing the sectional title and earning the honor of representing the entire Southern Section at Nationals.
A TEAM BUILT FROM ONE CLUB, ONE COMMUNITY
What makes this accomplishment even more inspiring is how it started: not as a "super team" recruited from multiple cities, but as a close-knit group of players from a single club and a single town.
While many national teams are assembled by combining top talent from across states, this Genesis – PAC team was homegrown—built through years of shared matches, lessons, and friendships right here on our local courts. Their success is resounding proof that when community comes first, excellence follows, often beating out teams whose members travel across state lines just to practice together.
MAKING HISTORY IN SCOTTSDALE
Representing the Southern Section at the USTA National Championships in Scottsdale, Arizona, the Genesis – PAC women faced off against the best of the best from across the country. Through
determination, grit, and unwavering teamwork, they battled their way through round-robin play, ultimately advancing to the final match. They earned second place in the nation—an incredible, historic milestone for a local Louisiana club.
PROUDLY REPRESENTING GENESIS – PAC
Their journey showcases the heart of Genesis – Pelican Athletic Club—a place where athletes of all levels are supported, encouraged, and given the opportunity to shine on and off the court.
As the Genesis family continues to grow, these moments remind us that our community’s spirit runs deeper than any scoreboard. This team’s success is a reflection of every coach, court, and member who helped them along the way.
To Captain Tara Bilby and the Genesis – PAC Women’s 40+ 4.0 Team— congratulations on an unforgettable season and for putting Mandeville on the national map! You’ve shown the nation the heart and talent thriving right here in our club. We are incredibly proud of your historic achievement.
Who's ready to hit the courts and start training for next year?

Guy
Robinson
A FULL CIRCLE JOURNEY @ THE CLUB

Ask Guy how long he’s been part of the club family, and the answer comes with a nostalgic smile.
“SINCE 2006,” HE SAYS. “THIS PLACE RAISED ME.”
What began as a nervous teenager walking into the old Kurt Hester training facility has evolved into a full-circle career built on fitness, community, and personal growth. It started when his dad signed him up for the renowned HS2 program as a high school sophomore.
“I STILL REMEMBER THAT FIRST DAY — THE LOUD MUSIC, THE WEIGHTS CLANGING,” [NAME] RECALLS. “I WAS NERVOUS, BUT AFTER THAT FIRST WORKOUT, I WAS HOOKED.”
From those early sweat sessions, he quickly became woven into the fabric of the club. He didn't just train; he worked. From cleaning crews to food service and eventually onto the tennis courts, he has worn nearly every
hat in the building. Through every role, the constant was the encouragement he found within these walls.
“THE CLUB HAS ALWAYS BEEN A SECOND HOME,” HE EXPLAINS. “THE PEOPLE HERE HELPED SHAPE ME INTO WHO I AM.”
He credits mentors like Brian Bravo and Mrs. Barbara Fisher for guiding him through sports and life, eventually bringing him onto the tennis staff. That guidance helped him discover that fitness wasn't just a hobby— it was a calling.
“ALMOST 20 YEARS LATER, WORKING OUT IS PART OF MY DAILY LIFE. THIS CLUB SPARKED MY PASSION FOR FITNESS, AND NOW I GET TO HELP OTHERS ON THEIR JOURNEY.”
A Community That Feels Like Family When asked what makes the club special, his answer is immediate: “FAMILY. WE’VE ALWAYS BEEN MORE THAN A GYM. WE’RE A REAL COMMUNITY.”
Outside the club, he walks the walk as a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu coach, competitor, and golfer. But inside the club, he represents the bridge between the past and the future.
Carrying the Legacy Forward With Genesis Health Clubs now leading the way, Guy is excited for what’s next.

“I’M PROUD TO BE PART OF GENESIS,” HE SAYS. “THE FAMILY ATMOSPHERE WILL ALWAYS STAY THE SAME.”
The Mindful Reset
Practices to Start 2026 with Clarity and Calm
As the rush of the holidays fades and the calendar flips to 2026, there is often a pressure to immediately sprint toward new goals. But there is no better time to do the opposite: pause, breathe, and reset.
Meditation isn’t just a wellness buzzword. It is a practical tool to lower stress and sharpen your focus. Whether you are brand new to the practice or returning to it, these simple shifts can help you begin the year feeling centered rather than scattered.
1. Win the Morning
Start your day with intention, not reaction. Before checking your email or turning on the news, sit quietly for just five minutes. Focus on slow, steady breaths. When your mind wanders to your to-do list, gently bring it back. This small ritual protects your peace before the world demands your attention.

Stillness doesn’t always mean sitting. Walking or yoga-based meditation allows you to find focus through rhythm. Next

4. The Body Scan
This is the ultimate tool for better sleep. Before bed, mentally scan your body from head to toe. Breathe into areas of tension— unclench your jaw, drop your shoulders— and release what feels tight. It is a physical signal to your brain that the day is done.
5. Rewire with Gratitude
End your day by identifying three things that brought you joy. Gratitude is a muscle; the more you use it, the easier it becomes to shift your focus from stress to appreciation.

From OVERWHELMED to Aligned A NEW YEAR
The New Year brings excitement, hope, and a little pressure. We start thinking about routines, habits, and everything we want to accomplish. But anyone in Louisiana knows that life doesn’t pause in January. Kids still need to be dropped off. Work is still demanding. Mardi Gras is already on the way. Real life keeps moving.
What the New Year does offer is a moment—a pause—a chance to take a breath and shift from feeling stretched thin to feeling centered again. This is where overwhelmed begins to turn into aligned.
RESET WITH GENESIS PAC
celebrate big, love deeply, and stay connected to our people. We know how to start fresh with intention instead of harsh pressure. That same spirit lives inside Genesis PAC. When you walk in during January, you feel it right away— the familiar smiles, warm greetings, and gentle encouragement to begin again at Nothing rushed, just genuine support.

A Fresh Start, the Louisiana Way
Louisiana has its own rhythm. We
Letting Go of Overwhelm and Finding Alignment
This year isn’t about becoming a brand-new person overnight; it’s about alignment— getting your choices, habits, and energy moving in the same, supportive direction. At Genesis PAC, alignment isn’t just a concept; it’s a blueprint for building a routine that supports your whole life.
Alignment looks like:
1. Choosing goals that fit your schedule, not drain it (hello, 30-minute Express Classes).
2. Celebrating small wins, like making it to the gym before the school rush
3. Moving your body because it feels good and reduces stress. Whether your reset begins with Tread and Shred, focused time on the tennis courts, or a quiet sauna moment, every small choice pulls you closer to feeling aligned again.

You don’t need perfection this January— you just need direction. This year, trade pressure for peace. When you walk in feeling overwhelmed, Genesis PAC will help you walk out feeling centered, supported, and ready to enjoy all the good things the year ahead (Mardi Gras included) has to offer.

Build Power at Every Age
WITH MET STRENGTH STRENGTH TRAINING
Strength training is not a one-size-fits-all journey, but the destination is always the same: a healthier, more capable body. At Genesis – PAC, our Met Strength and Sr. Met Strength programs are designed to meet you exactly where you are.
MET STRENGTH IGNITE YOUR METABOLISM
Designed to activate lean muscle fibers and build real power, Met Strength is a 45–60 minute investment in your long-term health. The secret lies in the programming: each session focuses specifically on either the upper or lower body. This split allows you to train hard while giving muscle groups the time they need to recover, meaning you can hit the gym more often without burnout.
The goal is simple: efficiency. As you build muscle, your resting metabolic rate rises, turning your body into a calorie-burning machine long after you leave the gym. You will leave feeling stronger, more confident, and ready for anything.

SR. MET STRENGTH STRENGTH FOR
LONGEVITY For our active older adult community, Sr. Met Strength takes the principles of functional training and tailors them for longevity. This program prioritizes balance, coordination, posture, and bone density—the pillars of staying active and independent. Every session is a full-body workout, allowing you to train safely while enjoying the energy of a group setting. It is more than just exercise; it is a chance to build physical resilience and social connections at the same time.
THE GENESIS DIFFERENCE EXPERT COACHING INCLUDED
What sets these classes apart? The level of attention. Both classes are complimentary with your membership and take place right on the floor of the Free Weight Room.
Unique to this program, every session features two trainers. This ensures you get the guidance of personal training with the energy of a group class. Whether you need a modification for an injury or a push to lift heavier, our team is right there to ensure every movement fits your needs.
Whether you want to lift heavier, move better, or simply feel stronger, there is a place for you here.

Unlock Your Marathon Power with Tred
& Shred
WHY SPEED WORK MATTERS MORE THAN YOU THINK
When most people picture marathon training, they focus on long, steady miles. While essential, distance alone doesn’t create race-day power. The missing piece is speed and efficiency.
Tread and Shred at Genesis – PAC is a 45-minute interval-based treadmill class designed to make every runner faster and more resilient. It’s not a long-distance session, and that’s exactly why it works. Instead of adding draining mileage, it helps runners train smarter by developing the power, turnover, and control that long runs can’t fully build.
THE SCIENCE OF SPEED WHY INTERVALS ARE NON-NEGOTIABLE
Each class uses structured bursts of speed with short recoveries to force your body to adapt. This training is scientifically proven to improve Running Economy—the amount of oxygen required to maintain a given pace.

By increasing your maximum oxygen uptake, your "easy pace" truly becomes easier. You breathe better, recover faster, and run stronger, allowing you to sustain your target race pace with less effort on the actual marathon course.
HOW IT SUPPORTS MARATHON TRAINING
Many marathoners skip speed work because it’s tough to plan or do alone. Tread and Shred solves that with structured intervals, guided coaching, and community motivation. Regular participation helps you:
Pace Control: Lock in target race pace with guided, disciplined intervals.
Increased Stamina : Improve your aerobic capacity to maintain pace through fatigue.
Mental Toughness: Practice maintaining form and focus during challenging surges.
Hill Power: Build the explosive strength and turnover needed to confidently tackle hills.
Because the class is only 45 minutes, it fits perfectly alongside long runs without adding undue strain or requiring extra recovery time.
FOR EVERY RUNNER
Tread and Shred is adjustable for all levels—from first-time half-marathoners to seasoned racers. You control the treadmill speed while our coaches guide you through progressive intervals and recovery periods designed to match your effort, not a preset pace.
Your Race Calendar Starts Now
