Our Head Chef, Grant, has been busy preparing your feast, so tuck in and enjoy the range of dishes packed full of ingredients sources right here in Scotland’s larder in The Grill Room. MORNING Make your way down to The Grill Room, where a full hearty, Scottish breakfast awaits. If this isn’t your thing, our continental section will do the trick. Venture outdoors to get involved in our range of activities. Fancy yourself a shot? Try out our rifle range, archery and axe throwing. Pre booking required.
AFTERNOON Savour a delightful afternoon tea, where a range of our best fresh sandwiches and cakes will not fail to please your palate, accompanied by your favourite brew or perhaps something a bit stronger? Time to create your own bespoke gin at 1881 Distillery and School. Enjoy an extensive tour around the distillery whilst sipping on a G&T. Then, you’ll take to your own mini still to craft your own recipe, and distil a bottle to take home.
