Music Down in My Soul
I hear music in the air; I can feel it in the air
There must be a God somewhere.
Over my head, I hear music in the air
There must be a God somewhere.
Over my head, I hear singing in the air
There must be a God somewhere.
I got this music down in my soul
And it fills my heart with the joy of the Lord
I’ve got joy! (I’ve got it, joy everlasting)
I’ve got peace! (I’ve got it, peace everlasting)
I’ve got love! (I’ve got it, love everlasting)
I’ve got joy! (I’ve got it, joy everlasting)
Love in my heart
MOSES HOGAN
Oh yes, I got peace in my soul, Oh yes, I got joy in my heart, Joy today!
Do you love the Lord? I love the Lord!
I’ve got joy! (I’ve got it, joy everlasting)
I’ve got peace! (I’ve got it, peace everlasting)
I’ve got love! (I’ve got it, love everlasting)
I’ve got joy! (I’ve got it, joy everlasting)
I got this music down in my soul
And it fills my heart with the joy of the Lord
I got joy! I got peace! I got love…in my soul!

CHANCEL BELLS
Begin the Beguine
When they begin the beguine
CHANCEL CHOIR
It brings back the sound of music so tender
It brings back a night of tropical splendor
It brings back a memory evergreen.
I’m with you once more under the stars
And down by the shore an orchestra’s playing
And even the palms seem to be swaying
When they begin the Beguine.
To live it again is past all endeavor
Except when that tune clutches my heart
And there we are swearing to love forever
And promising never, never to part.
What moments divine, what rapture serene ‘Til clouds came along to disperse the joys we had tasted
And now when I hear people curse the chance that was wasted I know but too well what they mean.
So don’t let them begin the beguine
Let the love that was once a fire remain an ember
Let it sleep like a dead desire I only remember
When they begin the Beguine.
Oh yes, let them begin the beguine, make them play
Till the stars that were there before remain above you
Till you whisper to me once more, “Darling, I love you”
And we suddenly know what heaven we’re in
When they begin the Beguine.
Come Before the Lord with Singing (Psalm 100)
HOLY MANNA/arr . BRIAN MANN
Come before the Lord with singing, joyful praises lift on high!
Know that God Hiself has made us; we are His and He is nigh.
Come before Him, bow in worship, lift your voice with thankful praise, For the Lord is good and faithful, ever true through all our days.
Enter now His gates with gladness, courts of praise with songs of joy!
All the earth proclaim His greatness, every heart and voice employ.
We are His beloved people, sheep who know the shepherd’s care,
In his love and tender mercy, find our hope and refuge there.
For the Lord is good and gracious, steadfast love will never cease.
From one age to generations, He remains our strength and peace.
Praise His name forever gladly; tell His faithfulness abroad.
Come before the Lord with singing, worship Christ the living God.
Sing Alleluia, Amen!
Oh, Shenandoah, I long to hear you, Away, you rolling river
Oh, Shenandoah, I long to hear you, ‘Way, I’m bound away, across the wide Missouri.
Oh, Shenandoah, I long to see you, Away, you rolling river
Oh, Shenandoah, I long to see you, ‘Way, I’m bound away, across the wide Missouri.
‘Tis seven long years since last I saw you Away, you rolling river
‘Tis seven long years since last I saw you ‘Way, I’m bound away, across the wide Missouri.
Give Me Your Tired, Your Poor
ELIZABETH CASTILLO, SOLOIST
Give me your tired, your poor
Your huddled masses yearning to breathe free The wretched refuse of your teeming shore
Send these the homeless tempest-tost to me I lift my lamp beside the golden door!
America the Beautiful
KOUYATE, SOLOIST
O beautiful for spacious skies, for amber waves of grain, For purple mountain majesties above the fruited plain!
America! America! God shed His grace on thee, And crown thy good with brotherhood
From sea to shining sea!
O beautiful for patriot dream that sees beyond the years, Thine alabaster cities gleam undimmed by human tears!
America! America! God shed His grace on thee, And crown thy good with brotherhood
From sea to shining sea! America! America!

CHANCEL CHOIR
US COAST
GUARD
So here’s the Coast Guard marching song! We sing on land or sea,
Through surf and storm and howling gale, High shall our purpose be.
“Semper Paratus” is our guide, Our fame, our glory too.
To fight to save or fight and die, Aye! Coast Guard, we are for you!
US
AIR FORCE
Off we go into the wild blue yonder, Climbing high into the sun.
Here they come, zooming to meet our thunder:
At ‘em boys, give her the gun!
Now souls of men
Dreaming of skies to conquer,
Gave us wings ever to soar!
In echelon we’ll carry on.
Hey! Nothing’ll stop the U.S. Air Force!
US ARMY
Over hill, over dale, we have hit the dusty trail
As the Army goes rolling along. In and out! Hear them shout:
“Counter march and right about,”
As the Army goes rolling along.
Then it’s “Hi, Hi, Hee!” in the field artillery, Sound off your numbers loud and strong!
And where’er you go, you will always know, That the Army goes rolling along!
CHOIR ONLY: ETERNAL FATHER, STRONG TO SAVE
US NAVY
Anchors away, my boys, anchors away!
Farewell to college joys;
We sail at break of day, ay, ay, ay!
Through our last night on shore,
Drink to the foam.
Until we meet once more, Here’s wishing you a happy voyage home!
US MARINES
From the halls of Montezuma
To the shores of Tripoli, We will fight our country’s battles
On the land and on the sea.
First to fight for right and freedom, And to keep our honor clean.
We are proud to wear the title Of United States Marine!

The Longest Time
If you said goodbye to me tonight
There would still be music left to write
What else could I do, I’m so inspired by you
That hasn’t happened for the longest time.
Once I thought my innocence was gone
Now I know that happiness goes on
That’s where you found me
When you put your arms around me
I haven’t been there for the longest time
I’m that voice you’re hearing in the hall
And the greatest miracle of all
Is how I need you and how you needed me too
That hasn’t happened for the longest time.
Maybe this won’t last very long
But you feel so right and I could be wrong
Maybe I’ve been hoping too hard
But I’ve gone this far and it’s more than I hoped for.
Who knows how much further we’ll go on
Maybe I’ll be sorry when you’re gone
I’ll take my chances; I forgot how nice romance is I haven’t been there for the longest time
I had second thoughts at the start I said to myself, “Hold on to your heart”
Now I know the woman that you are
You’re wonderful so far and it’s more than I hoped for
I don’t care what consequence it brings I have been a fool for lesser things
I want you so bad, I think you ought to know that I intend to hold you for the longest time.
A Quiet Place
PEACHTREE CHORALE
There is a quiet place, far from the rapid pace
Where God can soothe my troubled mind.
Sheltered by tree and flower,
There in my quiet hour with Him, all cares are left behind.
Whether a garden small or on a mountain tall, New strength and courage there I find.
Then from this quiet place, I go prepared to face A new day, with love for all mankind.
The Promise of Living from The Tender Land AARON COPLAND
God Bless America
LARA LONGSWORTH and EMILY NELSON, SOLOISTS
While the storm clouds gather far across the sea
Let us swear allegiance to a land that’s free.
Let us all be grateful for a land so fair.
As we raise our voices in a solemn prayer
God bless America, land that I love
Stand beside her and guide her
Through the night with a light from above
From the mountains to the prairies
To the oceans white with foam
God bless America, my home sweet home
