Q4 CITY MANAGER’S MESSAGE 20 25

As we conclude the final quarter of 2025, I am incredibly proud of the "Uncompromised Excellence" displayed across all departments Despite the logistical complexities of the City Hall renovation, our teams have maintained 100% service continuity while achieving milestones.

Our Engineering Services team successfully reviewed 303 building permits and launched the E-Plan digital software alongside our Planning and Development Department. Significant projects have moved forward, including the award of the Drake Field Pavilion repair contract and the start of the temporary Court Office construction at the Library. Meanwhile, our Stormwater division surpassed its maintenance goals, cleaning 299 structures and replacing 100 linear feet of pipe to protect our local watersheds. Peachtree City remains active and vibrant. Our Recreation team hosted 266 players in indoor basketball leagues and saw over 2,300 users at the Kedron pools. Special events like Hometown Holidays and the Fall Festival brought our neighbors together, while our Tennis Center maintained a robust membership of 430 residents.

I want to extend a special thank you to our Maintenance and IT crews From completing 93 work orders to setting up temporary offices at Kedron and the Library, your behind-the-scenes efforts have been seamless Whether repairing bay doors at Station 83 or replacing 300 chairs for the Council Chambers, your dedication ensures our city remains functional and welcoming.

As we step into 2026, these achievements provide a strong foundation for a year of growth and continued excellence.
