Back to Basics is an instructional basketball skills and drills program. The instructors will evaluate each player to see what skill level he or she is currently at Then, by using a progression scale built on that level, it allows each player to develop at his or her own pace The instructors will provide insight on the need for warming up and exercising properly and as needed assist the player with a weight training program Back to basics training includes ball handling, passing and shooting drill and techniques. 2026 Summer Camp

Big Feelings. Smart Brains. Real-Life Skills.

What if kids could understand what’s happening in their brains and learn how to stay calm, focused, and confident when emotions run high?

Tame the Brain is a fun, interactive social-emotional program built on neuroscience, positive psychology, mindfulness, and optimism. Kids learn how their brains work and how to manage stress, frustration, worry, and big emotions in healthy ways.

Through games, movement, role-playing, and hands-on activities, campers:

• Learn why emotions feel so powerful

• Practice calming and focusing strategies that actually work

• Build emotional awareness, confidence, and self-control

•Discover mindfulness as “paying attention on purpose” without judgment

Kids love learning about the brain, and they leave with tools they can use at home, school, and with friends.

Practical skills. Playful learning. Big impact
