Antisocial behaviour

We take reports of antisocial behaviour (ASB) very seriously and we work with our community partners to investigate and resolve them.

If you witness or are a victim of antisocial behaviour, please report this to the police on 999 in an emergency or on 101 in a non-emergency.

If you’re experiencing any antisocial behaviour where you live, please call our Community Safety team on 0300 123 3456 or scan the QR code to find out more.

The team may ask you to complete a diary to keep track of the incidents if the behaviour is repeated.

Keeping your estate tidy

Please help to keep communal areas free of rubbish and large items. Rubbish in communal areas, and any large items not properly disposed of, create a fire risk.

If we have to remove these items, it will impact the blocks service charges.

Parking update

We’re aware of the ongoing parking issues around Lumley Flats and appreciate your patience while we work to resolve them. PCM will be resuming parking patrols in the area soon. We’ll let you know as soon as the start date is confirmed. In the meantime, we understand that some parking permits have expired, but please continue to park in your designated bay as usual. Once PCM begins patrolling again, you’ll need to contact them directly to obtain a valid parking permit.
