A note from your Neighbourhood Manager
Hi!
I’m Jenny Green, the Neighbourhood Manager for Rosendale Road
I’ve been working here since 2023 and I’ve spent a number of years helping residents across South London.
I’m here to help you with all of your housing needs and questions. The fastest and easiest way to report your repairs needs is by using our My Peabody portal, or by calling our contact centre on 0300 123 3456.
If you’d like to talk about other issues to do with your tenancy, you can make an appointment with me to speak privately. The details are on the right. I may not be able to help immediately, but I will listen, and I will do my best to help you get whatever help or support you may need in your home.
I look forward to seeing you all on my regular visits to Peabody homes in the area.

Rosendale Road play space opens!
Young residents and their families came together on Thursday 2 July to celebrate the official opening of the new Rosendale Road play space.
The event was packed with fun activities, including face painting, games, a treasure hunt, bubbles, refreshments and, of course, ice creams. Children enjoyed exploring the new play equipment, while families had the opportunity to meet neighbours and celebrate this exciting addition to the local area.
The new play space has been delivered following consultation with residents, helping to ensure the design reflects the needs and wishes of local families. The celebration marked an important milestone and highlighted the value of working together to create welcoming, high-quality spaces for children and the wider community.
It was fantastic to see so many smiling faces throughout the afternoon, with younger residents making the most of the activities and enjoying their new play area. Thank you to everyone who attended and helped make the event such a success. We look forward to seeing the play space enjoyed for years to come.

We’re inviting residents to our Repair Day on Tuesday 29 July, where you can meet with our team and contractors to discuss any responsive repair concerns in person.
Whether you have questions about gas, electrical or general repairs, this is an opportunity to report issues, get advice and talk through any repairs that are currently outstanding. Our aim is to make it easier for you to access support and understand the repairs process.
This event has been organised in response to feedback from residents. Many of you have told us that repairs can take too long to complete and that reporting issues isn’t always straightforward. We’ve listened, and holding Repairs Days is one of the ways we’re working to improve communication, remove barriers and provide a better experience.
If you didn’t report your repairs using out onliune survey, you’ll find us on the day at the Community Centre. There will also be fun activities for families, including an ice cream van and face painting for children.

The Rosendale TRA is delighted to invite all residents to this year’s Rosendale TRA Street Party on Saturday 25 July, from 1pm to 5pm.
This is a fantastic opportunity to come together with neighbours, meet new faces, and celebrate our community in a fun and welcoming atmosphere. Whether you’ve lived in the area for years or have recently moved in, everyone is welcome.
There will be food, music and plenty of entertainment throughout the afternoon, with something for all ages to enjoy. It’s the perfect chance to relax, catch up with friends, and spend time with family while enjoying everything the day has to offer.
Best of all, the event is completely free to attend, so why not drop by and be part of the celebrations?
