Feeling Flushed We know it’s not the most pleasant of topics, but we need to remind residents not to dispose of anything other than human waste and toilet paper in their toilets, and only water down their sinks. We’ve had problems in some blocks where residents have attempted to flush items such as nappies, cooking fat and cleaning wipes, and this has caused blockages within the plumbing system. Please be mindful that items like fat and candle wax may look liquid, but will become solid when they cool, leading to blocked sinks and loos!
