Thursdays are the best day to drop by the office without an appointment to speak with our team.

Salisbury Manor Community hub update
Works are expected to be completed at the end of June to turn the temporary community space at Salisbury Manor Primary School into a permanent hub for local people of all ages to meet, learn and join in activities.
We know that this work has taken a little longer than the eight weeks originally estimated. This is due to some unexpected additional works, but we’re pleased to say that the team are making good progress to get these finished
The Hub is being upgraded so a wide range of classes and workshops can happen there permanently, including activities focused on health and wellbeing, learning, family support and bringing neighbours together.
We can’t wait to welcome you to the updated hub soon!

Last year, we spoke with volunteers, residents and 19 community groups to find out what they would like to see in their local community hub.
We’ve used the thoughts and ideas from these sessions to work with a range of our construction partners to refurbish the Salisbury Manor Community Hub
Thanks to this feedback, the hub will become a multi-use space that can host a wide range of community activities and services.
Peabody Community Foundation has coordinated support from corporate partners to carry out the work at no cost to Salisbury Manor Primary School. We’re also providing grant funding to help furnish the hub and support running costs.
The work is being completed with support from a range of Peabody’s social value partners, including Greyline, FFT, Peabody Group Maintenance, Purdy Contracts, Milverdene, Bluelime, Fixatex, Howdens, Hugh Greys and KBH Haus.

Each session will cover a different topic and are open to all local residents who are curious about how allotments and gardens connect to the health of the River Ching.
