A note from your Neighbourhood Manager As part of my role as Neighbourhood Manager, I regularly carry out walkarounds of Camberwell Green to check that the estate is clean, safe and well maintained, and to identify any issues that may need attention. During a walkaround earlier this month, I noticed that the water drains at the main entrance had become blocked with debris. While this may seem like a minor issue, blocked drains can lead to surface water building up during periods of heavy rain, so it's important that they're kept clear and working properly. I raised the issue with our internal contractors as soon as it was identified, and they will be attending the estate shortly to jet wash and clear the drains. These regular inspections help us spot and resolve maintenance issues before they become bigger problems. Thank you for helping us keep Camberwell Green a great place to live. Kind regards, Vanessa

Reporting ASB Everyone deserves to feel safe and comfortable in their home and neighbourhood. Antisocial behaviour (ASB) can have a real impact on residents' wellbeing, which is why it's important to report it when it happens. Peabody takes all reports of ASB seriously and is committed to tackling issues raised by residents. ASB can include intimidation, harassment, verbal abuse, anti-social drinking, vandalism, graffiti, fly-tipping, dangerous or uncontrolled animals, shouting, fighting, and loud late-night parties. Reporting concerns helps build a clearer picture of what is happening and enables action to be taken. While a friendly conversation with a neighbour may sometimes resolve an issue, ongoing problems should always be reported.
Together, we can create safer, more respectful communities for everyone. In an emergency or to report criminal activity, call 999. For non-emergencies, call 101 or report ASB to Peabody. Report ASB here
