Welcome cattlemen to our 2nd Annual North of the 53rd Bull Sale, I would like to extend a huge ‘thank you’ to CSS for the opportunity we had in the purchase of their herd and the use of their facility. A huge ‘thank you’ to all of our 2012 buyers. We are back for our second sale and plan to continue with this program. We are bringing to you all of the bulls that were carried by the cows we purchased from the Stewarts. You will see calves from the bulls Navigator and Navigator JR., as well as the new bull Cam purchased from the HTA operation in Manitoba – HTA Thor. Thor has crossed well with the Navigator daughters and is leaving calves with lots of hair, great feet, loads of performance and good dispositions. I feel that any cattleman will find these bulls very attractive. I see the cattle herd shrinking in both Canada and the United States. With this, comes opportunity. Opportunity knocks in many ways, and we need to take advantage of it. The U.S. feedlots are calling for more cross-bred calves. Our own feedlots have been looking for Charolais-cross steers for years. We would like to invite you to our 2nd bull sale at Paynton and look forward to meeting you at the sale. Our bulls are backed by our own personal guarantee, that each bull will do the job expected of him. We do stand behind our product. Feel free to contact us on additional information, delivery or whatever else you need to know. Looking forward to seeing everyone on sale day and may 2013 be the beginning of our best years in the cattle industry.
Cam & Betty-Ann Stewart, John & Brenda, Craig & Tricia Wilgenbusch
John
We invite you to attend this second North of the 53rd sale at the CSS Charolais Ranch. This may be only the second sale with this name, but it is a continuation of the CSS program which began over 30 years before Wilgenbusch Charolais bought the cowherd. Those that attended last year’s sale know the quality of the cattle and the people you are dealing with. If you haven’t been here before, we know you will be impressed with both. The Wilgenbusch family are committed to agriculture and producing an excellent product. The proven producing sires Navigator and the Navigator son they call Junior are complimented this year with a trememdous sire group by the HTA Thor bull. He was the high selling bull of HTA’s the spring of 2011 and his sons are good. The future of the cattle industry and the Charcross calves has never been brighter. Crossbreeding is your easiest way to profit in the business and these bulls will go out and work for you adding the great Charolais characteristics and performance that are necessary in today’s marketplace. If we can be of any assistance before or on sale day, please don’t hesitate to give us a call. We would be happy to help you find a bull that is right for your program. Sincerely, Helge & Candace By By Livestock 306.584.7937 306.536.4261 cell
