Welcome to our annual bull sale, this will be our 17th year selling bulls and we are sure that everyone who raised and sold cattle in 2014 has felt a lot better about raising beef for a living. We would like to thank all of the producers who have supported our sale, thank you for making our first sale at home a great success. We are pleased to offer yearlings and two year olds from AI sires and walking bulls. Many of the genetic packages we have on offer, we have working in our herd and we hope that you will find them to compliment your cowherd. This year Dry Fork Ranch is a guest consignor, Riley Keller Rockglen, he will be offering two Angus yearling lots for sale. You can visit the Dry Fork Ranch page on Facebook to check out the bulls and females. We have Open Replacement Heifers on offer again this year from the herd of David and Brenda Faucher. New this year are heifers consigned by Swanson Land and Cattle Company. The bulls and heifers will be penned outside the sale barn, so you can take a look at them on the hoof prior to the sale. The pictures will be displayed on a Power Point Presentation during the sale. Please keep in mind that our facility is not heated, so dress appropriately for Saskatchewan spring weather. The right of property shall not pass until after settlement is made. All settlements must be with the clerks of the sale before any cattle will be released. All monies are in Canadian funds. BIDDING: Each animal will sell to the highest bidder ... no by-bidding will be permitted. DISPUTES: Bidding will be re-opened between the parties involved in a dispute. If no further bid is made, the buyer will be the person from whom the auctioneer accepted the last bid. The auctioneerâ€™s decision on all disputes will be final. ANNOUNCEMENTS: All announcements made from the auction block will take precedence over the printer matter in the catalogue. Buyers are therefore cautioned to pay close attention to such disclosures. BREEDERS GUARANTEE, BULLS: Should any bull (14) fourteen months of age or over, fail to prove a breeder after being used on females known to be breeders, the matter shall be reported in writing to the seller within (6) six months following the date of purchase or (6) six months after the bull has reached (14) fourteen months of age. The seller will have the right of privilege of (6) six months to prove the bull a breeder. No guarantee is given that semen collected from the bull will freeze.
