Thanks to everyone who’s been reminding patients to leave a Google review — it really works.
Over 200 new positive reviews since the campaign began
Google ratings improved at our Vancouver, Coquitlam, and Richmond clinics
Just a heads-up:

We’re no longer offering promo gifts to patients who leave a review — but continue to encourage feedback at the end of every appointment.

A heads-up for all team members:

New team members are encouraged to keep LinkedIn posts professional and avoid sharing sensitive or internal clinic-related content.
And remember: never purchase gift cards unless you've been asked in person or over the phone by someone you know.
Let’s all do our part to keep our workplace safe and secure!
You may have seen suspicious emails in your inbox recently - thanks to everyone who reported them to IT! Your quick action helps keep our system safe.
What is phishing?
Phishing is when someone tries to trick you into giving away sensitive info (like passwords or credit card numbers) by pretending to be a trusted source, usually through email.

Urgent or alarming message
Unfamiliar senders or email addresses
Grammar or spelling mistakes
Suspicious links or attachments
Requests for personal information

If you spot something suspicious:
Forward the email to support@pdgdental.com
Then delete it — don’t click anything or open attachments!
Let’s all stay alert and protect our digital space!

We know your days are busy, juggling calls, patients, bookings, and more. Thank you for all you do to keep the front desk running smoothly!
One small but important task that helps the PDG team a lot is selecting the Source of Referral when adding new patients. This info shows us where patients are coming from and helps shape future outreach and strategies.
We used to have over 30 referral options (we know — not ideal when you're in a rush!). But now, thanks to your feedback, we’ve simplified it to just 9 quick choices.

Selecting a source helps us maintain clean and reliable data. We truly appreciate your support!

On July 1st, we celebrate Canada Day: a time to reflect on the values that bring us together: kindness, diversity, and community. At PDG, we're proud to be part of this incredible country and to care for families from all walks of life across BC.
