Bagpipes, brats, budgets and benedictories Stirring bagpipes and pulsing drums opened the second plenary of the 227th General Assembly (2026), a welcome wake-up call for any attendees who might have been contemplating a post-lunch nap following a full morning of Sunday worship with Milwaukee-area congregations.
