POWER & PRAISE TUESDAYS & THURSDAYS | 9:15-10:15 A.M. | THE GYM On Tuesday and Thursday mornings this summer, women join us for a fun-filled, God-centered exercise class for all levels with cardio, stretching, and weights. Parents of preschoolers are encouraged to gather in The Gym for a sweet time of fellowship while letting their preschoolers age 3 through 6 get their wiggles out!
