very day, we are reminded that partnership is powerful. At Phoenix Children’s, we

are fortunate to work alongside corporate partners who not only bring resources, but also heart. Time and time again, we see companies step forward because someone within their organization has been personally touched by the care provided here. That individual spark of connection is what ignites collective action—teams rally, customers engage and entire workplaces unite around a shared purpose: helping kids and families.

What makes this support so meaningful is the ripple effect. When a company chooses to partner with Phoenix Children’s, they aren’t just making a financial investment. They’re standing with families during some of the

What inspired you to donate to Phoenix Children’s? I began my career in the NICU. It’s where I learned how to care for babies and their parents. I saw families show strength in incredibly overwhelming moments, and I witnessed nurses give everything to support them. Providing meals and gifts felt like a meaningful way to honor both the families and amazing staff who walk beside them.

Wilson often uses a stress ball as part of a grounding technique to cope with anxiety. “We’ll talk about what the stress ball is made of, how it feels, the colors in the room that they notice,” she explains. “We also practice deep breathing.
