SANDWICH PANEL Sandwich panels are a modular façade solution featuring a structural concrete inner layer, non-combustible insulative core, and a thin outer concrete outer layer finished in decorative concrete or applied veneers like brick or terracotta
DESIGN
Sandwich panels are factoryengineered for precision, quality, and robust performance. A monolithic concrete inner skin provides fire compartmentation around the building’s perimeter and delivers Passivhaus-level airtightness through full integration with fenestration and adjoining structural elements.
MANUFACTURE
Panels are cast horizontally in layers—beginning with the decorative outer leaf and finishing with the structural inner layer. Features like balcony connections and M&E ducts are encased within the panel. Before delivery, windows are pre-installed, sealed, and quality-assured.
INSTALLATION
Arriving on special delivery frames, panels are lifted straight into the final position, sleeving over starter bar connections and connecting to the preceding structure. Panels are installed to very tight tolerances and then external junctions are sealed with a flexible joint filler.

CONFIGURATION
Storey-height modules are designed around façade intent, panel weight, and logistical constraints. Key design considerations include vertical and horizontal junctions and fenestration layout. Typical modules range from 2.7–3.3 m tall and 6.0–8.0 m long.
