We are relieved to have found long-term housing stability and a place to ﬁnally call home. The kids love having their own space to play and with stable housing, our older daughter Aracely can now go back to school to become a registered nurse.

Juan and Salustia fell into homelessness when they were illegally evicted during the height of COVID. They spent months moving from motel to motel with their three children Araceli, Judith, and Juan. When the family connected with PATH, we placed them into interim housing where our range of supportive services helped them regain stability. Our team helped them secure a housing voucher and a new apartment through PATH’s LeaseUp Program. With PATH’s assistance, the family covered the deposit and rent and moved into their new home – ﬁlled with furniture and household necessities. For the next year, their PATH Case Manager will continue to work with the family, providing ongoing support to help them remain healthy, stable, and successful.
