Pasadena ISD Graduation (Spring 2026) Student Instructions

• Sign in to ClassLink at https://launchpad.classlink.com/pasadenaisd

• Locate and open the Outlook tile to access your email.

• Look for the email from no-reply@uh.paclive.com containing your graduation tickets.

• Find the email(s) from no-reply@uh.paclive.com in your Outlook inbox.

• Click the Accept Transfer button in the email.

• A new pop-up tab will open — select Accept Transfer to claim your tickets.

Create an Account

• On the sign-in page, select Create Account.

• Enter your information — make sure you use your PISD email address.

• Select Create Account to complete registration

Important: Use your Pasadena ISD email. Your tickets are linked to that email. You will not see your tickets if you use any other email address.

• Leave the phone number field blank — DO NOT enter a phone number.

Important: If you entered a number above, please let the person know the link to download the tickets will not work. You can still proceed to step 4 to locate and transfer your tickets.

04 STEP Locating Tickets

• After creating your account or signing in, you will see a confirmation page.

• Select the icon with your initials in the top-right corner of the page.

• This will open your account menu where you can view and manage your tickets.

Transferring Tickets

• Select Transfer from your account menu.

• Select the name of your campus to expand the drop-down menu and view all tickets.

• Select one or more tickets to transfer using the checkboxes.

• Once ticket selection is complete, select the Continue (# Ticket) button.

• Enter the first name, last name, and either email address or cell phone number of the person who will attend. This is how you send tickets.

• Select Transfer Tickets when you are done.

• The recipient will receive a text message or email prompting them to accept their tickets and create an account.

• Select Back to My Account to view more options, or Start a New Transfer to send additional tickets to family and friends.

06 STEP View & Cancel Pending Transfers

• To view ticket transfers that have been initiated but not accepted, select Pending Transfers.

• Select the drop-down next to the name of the person you transferred tickets to.

• Select Cancel Transfer if you would like to cancel the transfer and send the ticket to a different person.

• Return to Step 4 if you need to locate tickets and transfer them again.

Frequently Asked Questions

How will tickets be delivered?

Tickets are delivered electronically by email. Each student gets one email with a link to accept all tickets.

Is a phone or app required?

Students: No app required — use a web browser on any computer.

Parents: A mobile device is needed to download tickets to a digital wallet.

Can one person hold all family tickets?

Can tickets be screenshots or printed?

Yes. One person can hold all tickets and scan the entire group in together. Recommended for families arriving as a group.

No. Screenshots and printed copies will NOT work. Tickets use NFC technology and must be accessed from the email or digital wallet on a mobile device.

What if a ticket is in the wrong digital wallet?

Do ticket transfer emails expire?

If a ticket is transferred to another person, it is automatically removed from the original wallet and reassigned to the new recipient.

No. Transfer emails do not expire. Recipients can accept them at any time.

What if the ticket email was never received?

What if a ticket was sent to the wrong person?

Check spam or junk folders first. If still missing, contact the campus to ensure the student is confirmed for graduation.

Students can cancel a pending transfer and resend the ticket to the correct person. See Step 6 for instructions on canceling transfers.

• Screenshots are not valid tickets

For general graduation questions or missing tickets, parents should contact the student's campus first. If needed, campuses will escalate issues appropriately.

• Do not share login credentials to Google or Apple Wallets — tickets will not scan

• One person may hold all tickets for group entry
