The Summer Selling Season is well underway. We have seen the inventory increase to near Pre-Covid numbers in Parkland. Although Parkland remains in an overall seller’s market we can see shifts to a buyer’s market in certain communities. The Pine Tree Estates real estate market has seen some record sales in the past 90 days. Although year over year we are seeing fewer sales in the community from this time last year due to the increase in inventory overall in Parkland. We can certainly see price reductions in Pine Tree Estates as homeowners are trying to compete with neighbors for the next sale.
