The Summer Selling Season is well underway. We have seen the inventory increase to near Pre-Covid numbers in Parkland. Although Parkland remains in an overall seller’s market we can see shifts to a buyer’s market in certain communities. The Fox Ridge real estate market has seen some record sales in the past 90 days. There have been 0 price reductions in Fox Ridge as inventory tends to move a bit quicker with Buyers interested in the gated community with large Waterview lots and the East Parkland location.
