The Summer Selling Season is well underway. We have seen the inventory increase to near Pre-Covid numbers in Parkland. Although Parkland remains in an overall seller’s market we can see shifts to a buyer’s market in certain communities. The Meadow Run real estate market has seen some record sales in the past 90 days. Although year over year we are seeing fewer sales in the community from this time last year due to the increase in inventory overall in Parkland.
