Parkers proudly present to the market this two double bedroom character cottage, situated on the edge of the popular village of Chinnor, Oxfordshire. In brief, the property comprises of: a cosy living room, separate dining room, fitted kitchen, two bedrooms and a family bathroom. Outside there is a small courtyard garden to the rear, off road parking, a single garage, and a second private garden tucked away behind the garage that offers both lawn and patio

Ground Floor:
Upon entering the property, one finds themselves within the cosy living room, featuring exposed beams, feature fireplace and the stairs leading to the first floor. There is also a separate dining room with a large storage cupboard/ larder, spacious airing cupboard housing the gas boiler, and family bathroom. Towards the rear of the property there is the modern fitted kitchen, boasting wooden work surfaces and ample storage space and a door leading out into one of the two private rear gardens.
First Floor:
From the landing, there are doors leading to both bedrooms, as well as an airing cupboard and loft hatch. The main bedroom boasts built-in wardrobes, and both bedrooms in our opinion would be 'double' sized rooms.
Outside:
Immediately to the rear of the property, there is a secluded rear garden boasting a delightful patio area suitable for entertaining. In addition to this there is a single garage, which boasts light and power, as well as a residents parking area. Lastly, behind the property's garage, there is an additonal rear garden which again enjoys a good degree of privacy and is laid to lawn.
