Pappelina proudly presents its Spring/Summer 2026 collection — a vibrant meeting between traditional Swedish weaving and contemporary design expression. Crafted in the heart of Dalarna, this season’s rugs capture the spirit of Scandinavian heritage deeply rooted in craftsmanship.

Pappelina introduces ANYA, a floral tribute to Swedish Midsummer. Each blossom is anchored by a signature Pappelina dot. Familiar yet modern, ANYA transforms a beloved cultural tradition into a crisp, graphic pattern.

TOM introduces a different kind of summer mood, one shaped by Palm Beach’s decorative ironwork and the effortless glamour of the 1950s. Clean lines and a mid-century color palette blend nostalgia with contemporary clarity, creating a rug that brings harmony and character to any room.

With LEA, Scandinavian minimalism takes center stage. Calm, refined, and thoughtfully balanced, LEA is designed for harmonious interiors. Its subtle playfulness emerges in delicate color stripes, such as a soft mint woven into an otherwise sharp expression forming a modern homage to Swedish craft heritage.

This season also welcomes a joyful burst of color with a new vibrant MOLLY colorway, infusing warmth and energy into children’s rooms, hallways, outdoor spaces, and any room in need of playful spirit.

MONO steps into summer with a new shade of yellow, adding a fresh and deep colorway to one of our most beloved rugs.

Graphic elegance with mid-century influences

TOM is influenced by the decorative ironwork and architectural details found in Palm Beach, as well as the laid-back glamour of the 1950s.

With clean graphic lines and a color palette rooted in mid-century modern design, TOM infuses the home with harmony and character, where a sense of nostalgia meets contemporary simplicity.

ANYA

A floral homage to Swedish Midsummer

ANYA draws inspiration from the wildflowers gathered on Swedish Midsummer’s eve, a symbol of the season’s simplicity and joy. At the center of the flower pattern sits a characteristic dot, a shape that has become iconic to Pappelina. The circle is a technical achievement few weaving mills have the ability to make with this level of precision. The result is a pattern that feels fresh yet familiar, a modern, graphic take on a beloved cultural moment.

LEA

Minimalism with subtle playfulness

LEA is a study in balanced simplicity, created for minimalist and harmonious interiors.

The design is calm and refined, yet playful in the fine color stripes, for example, a soft mint interwoven into an otherwise sharp expression.

LEA is a modern tribute to Swedish craft heritage.

A new colorway - a joyful burst of color

MOLLY returns this season in a new colorway that brings vibrancy and warmth to any room. A new colorway

For the new season we introduce a new colorway - Mustard, a deep and sophisticated yellow version.

MONO is defined by simplicity and refined design. Its monochrome palette and contrasting, doublefolded hemmed edges showcase subtle craftsmanship and attention to detail.

The slightly softer weave makes this rug even more comfortable to walk on. Durable and timeless, MONO creates a foundation that complements both modern and classic interiors.

Made of: Durable birch veneer, they ensure longevity and resistance to water and heat.

KITCHEN TOWELS

Jacquard woven towels are crafted with the highest quality standards in mind. Made using bio-organic cotton and exclusive European linen yarn, they ensure a luxurious and sustainable product.

Made of: 40% organic cotton and 60% Masters of linen® European flax yarn.

DISH CLOTHS

Brighten up your kitchen with a high-quality dishcloth / sponge cloth. Available in many colors and patterns. Made of: 100% biodegradable material – 70% cellulose from FSC-marked forest and 30% waste cotton.

CUSHIONS

Transform your spaces with cushions made from UV-resistant fabric, designed to retain their durability and color even under intense sunlight. The fabric is treated to repel dirt and water, ensuring easy maintenance and long-lasting beauty. Each cushion includes a unique, durable inner pillow with Fossflakes® filling, offering weatherproof resilience and exceptional comfort – a rare feature that sets them apart. Perfect for both indoor and outdoor use, these cushions bring simplicity and elegance to any setting. Made of: 100% durable Sunbrella® acrylic fabric (cover) and polyethylene filling with Fossflakes® (inner pillow).

The Linen Collection is where natural fibers meet modern design. EMM & SAM feature a linen warp, allowing the soft, earthy qualities of linen to shine through, complemented by the durable and vibrant nature of PVC.

Perfect for adding warmth and character to any room, the Linen Collection embodies a harmonious blend of tradition and innovation.

Pappelina rugs are the perfect fusion of timeless design and everyday practicality. Partly handcrafted in Sweden using unique weaving techniques, they combine durability, easy maintenance and exceptional comfort. Our rugs are machine washable and designed for both indoor and outdoor use. Available in a wide range of colors, patterns and sizes, they are made to enrich every home and lifestyle. Our rugs are available with two types of edges, each crafted with care to suit different styles and needs. We’ve sourced the finest materials to create the ideal outdoor cushion – durable, stylish and versatile enough to complement any space, indoors or out. The cushion cover is crafted from high-quality, UV-resistant Sunbrella® acrylic fabric, treated to repel dirt and liquids. The removable and washable cover ensures easy maintenance, while the unique Fossflakes®-filled inner cushion is specially designed to withstand outdoor conditions, offering exceptional durability and comfort. Both the fabric and the inner cushion are OEKO-TEX® certified for added peace of mind.

Crafted by hand from high-quality, FSC/PEFC-certified birch veneer and durable melamine coating our trays combine practicality with timeless Scandinavian design. Available in a variety of sizes, shapes, colors, and patterns, they are as functional as they are beautiful. Approved for food contact and perfect for serving or as a decorative touch on your table, each tray is water, heat, and impact resistant.

High quality Swedish dish cloth. With high absorption it is perfect for household chores, like wiping stains and liquids, or even your Pappelina rug. Can be used with just water, soap or cleansers. Printed with water based and environmentally friendly ink. Compostable, 100% biodegradable material (70% cellulose, 30% cotton).

BLANKETS

Woven blanket crafted from warm lambswool and soft cotton chenille – a unique and beloved material blend developed by Pappelina. Made with 50% lambswool and 50% cotton chenille, this blanket combines luxurious comfort with timeless design.

Beautifully jacquard-woven in a blend of 60% premium European linen and 40% bio-organic cotton, these kitchen towels combine style and practicality. MADE IN SWEDEN

Everything we do, we do in Sweden. From the material, the design, the weaving, the logistics and the distribution. In fact, all our rugs are totally Swedish.

GREAT MATERIAL

We only ever use certificated phthalate and toxic free PVC material manufactured in Sweden, fully approved by REACH ®

GENUINE CRAFTSMANS HIP

Our rugs are produced at our local weaving mill in Leksand, Dalarna. Every rug we produce represents a piece of genuine craftsmanship, made by using the highest quality materials by devoted artisans.

UV RESISTANT

A Pappelina rug has an extremely high sun and UV resistance. Our rugs have been tested for colour fastness according to the international standardization ISO 105-A05 with the result of a 4 in a scale of 1 to 5, where 5 is the highest score.

Hand or machine wash cold, at 30°C/85F, or just simply rinse with water or clean with a damp cloth. Our rugs are also extremely easy to vacuum, mop or even to clean outside with a regular or high-pressure hose. PVC is a totally colour fast material which will not fade when washing or cleaning the rugs even when using detergents.

ALLERGY FRIENDLY

Non-absorbent hygienic rug that does not hold dust, making it ideal for people with allergies and asthma as well as environments where cleanliness is of great importance (not applicable to linen rugs).

WATER RESISTANT

A Pappelina rug is water resistant and will dry within 60 minutes, which means it’s perfect for any room! Kitchens, hallways, entrances, office spaces, bathrooms, kids’ rooms and outdoor spaces.

LONG-LASTING

When buying a Pappelina rug it will last a lifetime providing our recommended care instructions are followed. It is truly a longlived product and design, not something you use and discard. We are proud and confident to offer a 3-year warranty on all our rugs.

NON-TOXIC

Our plastic rugs contain no hazardous substances such as phthalates or heavy metals. The PVC we use is approved for and used in the food industry and in toys production within both the EU and the US.

SUPER FUNCTIONAL

The use of a Pappelina rug has no limits! It’s decorative, non-slip, soft, reversible, indoor and outdoor compliant giving excellent grip on hard surfaces as well as being perfect on heated floors. With the wide range to choose from you will have no problem finding a rug for your purpose.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Plastic Rugs - 60/70/85 cm

Vacuum regularly. Wash by hand or machine at max 30°C, no spin or tumble dry. Avoid folding welded edges.

Stretch edges while wet and hang on a wide bar. Rinse off ketchup immediately (do not rub). Use a washing machine large enough for the rug size.

Plastic Rugs - 140/180 cm

Do not machine wash. Vacuum regularly. Remove stains with damp cloth (do not rub). Clean with mop, hand wash or dry clean.

Stretch edges while wet and hang on wide support. Rinse off ketchup immediately.

Linen Collection

Hand wash / professional flat wash max 30°C. No spin or tumble dry: lay flat to dry. Remove stains gently (no scrubbing). May shrink up to 4%. Vacuum regularly.

Lina Limited Edition

Vacuum regularly. Remove stains with damp cloth (do not scrub).

Blankets

Cotton / Wool: Hand wash or dry clean only, no spin or tumble dry, iron medium; expect 0–4% shrinkage.

Cushions

Wipe dirt immediately. Wash cover and inner pillow separately at 40°C, light spin only. No softener and no tumble dry. Iron on low to restore repellency.

Kitchen Towels

Machine wash 60°C, gentle cycle. No softeners or bleach. Do not tumble dry. Re-shape and iron while damp. Shrinkage about 5%.

Dish Cloths

Wash at 95°C in dishwasher or washing machine, or boil for 3 minutes.

Trays

Wipe with damp cloth or wash by hand.
