12th Annual Past Presidents’ Dinner and Community Business Awards Banquet The 12th Annual Past Presidents’ Awards Night will be held on Friday the Twelfth of May 6:00 pm in the evening at Browtine Event Center The Amery Community Club is seeking nominations for businesses and individuals who set the standards for excellence and innovation with their business practices and community involvement. THE DEADLINE FOR NOMINEE SUBMISSIONS IS MARCH 24, 2023. . NOMINATION CRITERIA & INSTRUCTIONS: NOMINATION CERTIFICATES: Any community member may make a nomination. Please give careful thought to each category and provide a nominee choice. Complete the nomination certificate BY MARCH 24, 2023 and mail it to Amery Community Club, P.O. Box 211, Amery, WI 54001 or give to any current board member. VOTING FOR THE NOMINEES: Once all nominations are made, they will be compiled in a voting format survey and emailed electronically to all Amery Community Club members. (Only Amery Community Club members are allowed to vote as this is a membership privilege.) PLEASE ONLY VOTE ONCE! Voting deadline is APRIL 7, 2023. 2023. All nominees will be notified by the Amery Community Club Board. Nominees will also be recognized at the banquet where the winner will be announced, so all nominees should attend! NOMINATION CRITERIA: 1. At the time of nomination, the business/employer/individual must be located within the Amery, Wisconsin business district. 2. This company/individual has demonstrated outstanding efforts to set standards for excellence and innovation with their business practices and/or community involvement. 3. Any business nominee is required to be a member of the Amery Community Club in good standing. 4. Past winners are not eligible for the same award twice. 5. Nominations may include retirees.
